Lamonte finally called on Wednesday Jan 8th with an excuse that he ran out of time and couldn't get me on Mon. Lame excuse since my appointment was at 10:30. However, i still gave him the benefit of doubt and rescheduled for Thurs Jan 23rd. Lamonte did show up and tinted my vehicle. Quoted me a great price of $110. However after the tint was applied, he said he used some type of ceramic seal which he charges $40 extra for. So I paid him $150. The following morning I come outside and the tint was rolled up on the window. I reported this on Jan 24th via text. Lamonte said he'll be back to fix it. He never showed up. He finally called on Jan 26 stating his van broke down. I understand things happen but communication with your customers is key. He said he'll be by to change out the tint and promised he'll be here on Wed Jan 29th. After he promised he said "I don't promise often and stand by my word". I agreed and told him I'm canceling all my meetings for the afternoon so my vehicle would be available. Wed Jan 29th and yet again no call no show. I have called and texted Lamonte asking if it's easier to refund me. Again, no reply. I have been calling and texting with no reply. Today is Feb 8, 2025 and I still have not heard back. The other three doors are still in great condition. But ten years on tints is pretty good. And on the upside, they offer a life time warranty on their tints. Highly recommend coming here for any tint work you need.
