An hour into Indiana Jones on the TV, and my car was ready and it looked great. From start to finish, the team did an outstanding job and truly brought my car back to like-new condition. The interior was transformed: they performed a full leather cleaning treatment, steamed cleaned everything, shampooed and extracted the carpets and seats (including excellent stain removal), cleaned all the vents, cup holders, mirrors, and windows, and even added a fresh scent. The dash, console, plastics, and trim all look shiny and protected with UV treatment. It feels brand new inside. On the exterior, they did a thorough job with a foam-cannon pre-soak, two-bucket scratch-free wash, bug removal, wheel-and-rim cleaning, clay bar treatment, paint protectant, protective wax, and tire dressing. He showed up on time and had all of the equipment you would expect a detailer to have. He spent about an hour on my wife's car and did a decent job. There were a lot of spots that got missed and the car smelled a bit off afterwards. He came back and got the missed spots I'd found. I found more later but didn't want to bother asking him to come out again. I wouldn't use him again just because there are many options in the area for detailing.
