The customer service is great, if you have any problems, a team member will assist you to make sure that you're satisfied with your car wash. Sam's Xpress is really for those that want a quality quick drive thru and if you want to detail your vehicle then you can do that also. All locations have bays where you can dry off you car and vacuum it. The vacuums are free and they work great. At this location, they have a gas station that will give you a discount on gas if you decide to get a car wash. Also, they have a customer lounge where you can get free hot beverages and if you want, you can sit and relax. I definitely recommend this location.
