The 2011 Porsche Cayenne looks amazing! I purchased the package for my husband, as it's black and needed some TLC. I wish I had taken before photos! Inside is spotless, steam cleaned and protected! Outside is smooth like silk when you touch it, and the swirl marks (along with a Lowe's cart skid mark) are GONE! Thanks so much for your hardwork!!! read more

I couldn't even get enough attention to get a quote from a person. Very tacky and disrespectful to new customers. I'm offended. What?! My money not good enough or are you just that busy. You won't have to worry about me anymore.... or any of my friend. Update 4:49pm - This customer service person is actually harassing me now with smart behind comments. They need to do something about her. Just imagine the business they are loosing behind her. If I didn't see the prices on the website and took the time to write in for a quote, one would think they would be grateful but their customer service person is acting offended that I bothered her. Listen young lady, you are doing more harm than good trying to engage in a back and forth with me. Move on. read more

Excellent communication, Superior work! Car looks phenomenal they were recommended by one of my customers, and did very impressive work read more

Ian's Elite Mobile Detailing - Auto Detailing Near Me

Had an excellent experience with Yurik at Ian's detailing. They went above and beyond. The quoted detailing was 4 hours and he was working on it for way more in order to get all the details just right (it was the first time I detailed my SUV). They are prompt, a great value for the money and I cannot recommend them any higher! read more

Ian and his brother did an amazing job on our cars, they went above and beyond to make sure that we got what we paid for. If I could give more than five stars I would give 10. Very kind and polite and I am by far extremely pleased with their work. Will definitely used them again for maintenance in both the cars. Thanks again Ian and happy holidays! read more

Great experience. I scheduled it on Yelp, and got a customized exterior package on just what I needed. He came on time and spent 2.5 hours on the car. There were various payment options acceptable. Pricing was fair. Recommend to everyone who needs detailing! read more

Terrible business and completely unaccommodating. Really wanted to use them based on reviews, but claimed they didn't service my area in Charlotte. As vehicles are mobile, I volunteered to drive to the area they do service. I was completely courteous and polite in my correspondence. They stopped responding altogether. All around trash behavior and customer service. Definitely do not recommended. Ian's Elite "Mobile" Detailing is a joke. Find a detailing service that actually values consumers and the time, energy and money they're willing to exert and spend. read more

This was my first time using a professional detailer. Ian was professional and very detailed. My passenger's seat has been through a lot of spills and it looks SO incredibly clean. The accommodation was fantastic and the work was fantastic as well. Price points are fair for the detailed work they do. I will definitely be calling back for future detailing and will be recommending them to others in the south Charlotte area!! read more

Hands down, the BEST auto detail service in the Charlotte metro area! Ian takes his work very seriously, uses top notch products, and left my wife's car looking like showroom condition! His wife handles the booking, and she's super nice and very responsive. Can't recommend them enough, will gladly use them again! read more

This was my first time using a professional detailer. Ian was professional and thorough. I was astonished when I saw my car. I will absolutely be using Ian's Elite in the future and will recommend him to my friends and family. read more

I've used a few mobile detailers recently and Ian is top notch. Anticipate him taking his time and don't expect a quick appointment. That's a good thing! He was on-time, worked his tail off and delivered spotless, incredible results. I should have taken before and after photos. The SUV hadn't been washed in months, the pollen was caked on, we drove through some stuff that stuck to the vehicle wheel wells and exterior, the interior was a disaster and now the vehicle looks brand new. The paint looks like it was restored to its original color even. Any way, it was worth every penny and I already told a few people to give him a call. Scheduling the appointment was all done through Yelp. Simple. read more

You will pay a bit more and wait longer for Ian but there is a reason, well worth the wait. Excellent communication and responsiveness by this husband and wife team. Ian spent 4 hours on the interior detailing and headlight restoration on my son's 2004 Honda Accord and everything looks fantastic. Thanks Ian! Will be calling him back on my other cars. read more

If anyone is looking to have their car professionally cleaned I highly recommend Ian's Elite Detailing. He just cleaned our SUV which has been on the receiving end of two children and a shedding dog and made it look show room new. Fair pricing, excellent service and communication. 5/5. read more

I was in Winston Salem a few weeks ago and a city worker painted a parking meter that I was parked next to. He did nothing to protect my car and got over spray all over my new car. I set an appointment with Ian and he came to my house. The paint would not come off using any chemicals so he had to use a clay bar to remove all the over spray. He followed that with a nice polish and got things back to normal for me. He even cleaned the wheels, dressed the tires and did the windows. Oh, he also removed a small scratch while he was at it. Above and beyond. His pricing was the same as others and lower than one, and he cleaned the entire exterior. Other bids that I got were only going to clean the effected areas of the car. Ian was professional and friendly. He let me know when he was on his way and was at my house at the precise time we set! I detailed cars for a living in my youth and I'm very, very picky. His work was thorough and not rushed and he takes pride in what he does. I will definitely be using him in the future to keep my car looking new. read more

Efficient, effective and very pleased with the result. Car is immaculate. You won't be happier anywhere else.

This was my first time having my car detailed, so I went to Yelp and trusted the reviews. I'm so glad that I did, because I love the final result! Ian did have to reschedule my appointment twice due to extenuating circumstances outside of his control (ie weather and a family emergency) but he was flexible with my schedule and it was worth the wait. When my roommate came home and saw my car, she was so impressed with how it looked that she asked for the company's contact info. I will most definitely recommend Ian's services! My car looks brand new. read more

Ian did a great job. He was running a little late, but kept in constant contact. I have behemoth of an SUV (Sequoia) - and I thought his price was very reasonable. Went above expectations. Ian was very professional and thorough! End to end process of making the appointment all the way to the end product was seamless.
