We both had it in our calendars for 2. When we got there the lady at the front was extremely rude throughout the whole interaction. She told us were we SOL and our apt was at 1 not 2. Which is not what we were told on the phone. When confusion happens in a business interaction (which it does) it's the businesses responsibility to make it right. Not only did they burn the bridge with our business, but we both left extremely frustrated that an appointment only business didn't honor the appointment we were given. Seriously one of the most rude customer service experiences I've ever had if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I hate that I couldn't even rate them on the work they do because of how disrespectful they were.

I took two vehicles to this particular collision center. This was an out of pocket fix with no…read moreinsurance involved. One vehicle was fixed but had to be returned for adjustments due to tail lights and the trunk lid being out of alignment, pretty simple. The second I was talked out of getting a new rear bumper because the current bumper could be fixed. After picking up the second car there was still a crease in the bumper and a spot that was very dull on the paint along with the clips missing allowing the bumper to be pulled away from the car. There was also a divot spot in the paint. I took it back to be fixed. After a couple of clips that the tech "didn't know went on there" or some weird explanation that was fixed. The spot that was dull was buffed out easy enough. The crease and divot in the bumper was due to "previous work being done to the bumper". Apparently what I had was what I was going to get. At no point was I contacted about how shoddy it would look, did look, or even given a choice of buying a new bumper which is what I had asked for in the first place only to be talked out of it because they were so sure it could and would be fixed. After stating how unhappy I was with the work I was told they could put a new bumper on as long as I paid the difference. So two cars fixed. Two cars had to be taken back for fixes. One car is a clear representation of their work. While I was offered a new bumper if I paid the difference, I told them I would be a fool to give them any more money at this point. This business has been the most inconvenient and disappointing repair I've ever had to deal with...and this was out of pocket paying. If you take your vehicle here, you've been warned. They like to respond with "contact us and we will fix your issue". They will fix your issue after you pay for them more money to fix their incompetent, irresponsible, and shoddy work. Im not paying another cent to have this issue fixed.

After installation, I had a horrible drone at cruising highway speed that I could not live with. I showed up a week later, without notice, told them my issue and they quickly suggested a fix, I agreed, and they went to work right away (remember, I just walked in with no appointment) and I left the shop extremely happy with the work performed. Forget paying for those incredibly expensive aftermarket exhaust kits. Have these guys do it BETTER and CHEAPER!!
