We had a broken side window, and Bobby said he could replace it with a new or used window. We opted for used since this is an older vehicle. Bobby came to our home when he said he would, communicating with us before his arrival, and quickly repaired the window while the car was in our driveway. Has made comments after paying for a rental out-of-pocket because he yet again did not have my car ready that if he continued to pay for my rental, he would need to take me to the back room and work something out. If you value your physical or mental health, do not go here I tried to support this body shop because it's a smaller body shop and instantly regretted it.
