The guys at the shop are friendly. However, i had to go back twice to get the install to work correctly. First, the steering wheel controls wouldn't save when the car was powered off. Then, the gps was oriented 90 to the direction of travel. I ended up swapping out the blaupunk for a kenwood and it fixed these issues, at an additional cost of $200. I drove the car out of the area and as used it more, i realized that they installed the rear dash cam UPSIDE DOWN. The back up cam snows out after 3 minutes. Travis, the manager was friendly and wants me to be a satisfied customer, but i'm no longer in the area. My 2 cents are - expect to pay more and tbh if the installation was good , $2000 for wireless cap play, a new backup cam, and dash cam would have been fair. Finally, this shop needs to implement a post install systems check list. Does the gps work? Do the SWC s work? Is there hiss at low volume? Do they work after the car has been off 10 min? Is there audio feedback for the person calling in on the hands free system? Can the user access the dash cam data? Is the camera installed UPSIDE DOWN? If you know what you want and realize that any aftermarket install will not be as seamless as factory, i would recommend them. read more

Emailed Rich for an installation quote and he was very prompt to reply. We were able to get a same-day appointment, even though we couldn't arrive until late afternoon. Rich and his team were up front about a known issue with installing the equipment on my particular make and model, worked out several options to work around the issue and assured us there would be no hard feelings if we opted to cancel the install. We were pleased with the time and thought they put into helping us, their honesty, and their friendliness to us and to other customers who came and went while we were there. Had a backup camera installed on my 2013 Dodge Challenger. I was very impressed with the results. The picture shows up in the factory touch screen as if it is factory installed. The camera is discretely installed above the tag frame. And the guys at Freeman's left no sign that they had even been in the car. Very clean installation. Very professional, prompt service.
