Chris is a unhinged crazy person My 2022 highlander was wrecked March 5 of 2023. I received it back in SEPTEMBER 6 months after having to contact police and go through a third-party, which was Toyota dealership to retrieve my car I had front end damage. It should've taken no longer than three months max (dealership confirmed something wasn't right) and they started on my car a week after having it (or so I was told) During the six months and few days that my car was at CRM COLLISION , I have been cussed out by Chris The owner. I have been told over 26 times that my car would be ready that day comes and goes in my car had not been ready. I had previously left a bad review, and then was told that my car would not be touched until the bad review was taken down. Chris is a married man and has made comments about my vagina shape in my pants. Has made comments after paying for a rental out-of-pocket because he yet again did not have my car ready that if he continued to pay for my rental, he would need to take me to the back room and work something out. Made several sexual advances that I had to casually brush off because he had control of my car . I have never had such a terrible experience. September 9, 2023 I finally have my car back! If you value your physical or mental health, do not go here I tried to support this body shop because it's a smaller body shop and instantly regretted it. I am currently working with Toyota to make sure all my parts are actually OEM parts and not aftermarket parts, I almost started to think that my car was a part of a chop shop if I didn't lay eyes on it. Quality is terrible Absolutely NO professionalism Truly feel bad for this man's wife I wonder how many woman have payed for their car with one of Chris's "arrangements" This shop is a joke! My mom, brother, sister and I only bring our vehicles to CRM for body work and he is a trusted member of our "tribe." I recently had my parked car hit in the parking lot at work and Chris and his team quickly and professionally repaired/replaced my bumper. They are very particular about the finished product and that is very much appreciated. My vehicle wasn't quite ready when I went to pick it up, so he brought to my home the next day. read more

I started this review with only 1 star, but in the end I'm giving them 2. My reason for the 1 star was because the experience was extremely slow, lacking communication, and from a business operating stand-point it was just pain terrible. But between my first February experience and my April experience, they had hired an office admin which helped these issues just a little because now someone was able to answer the phone instead of going to voicemail. Of course, this doesn't speed up lead time for finishing jobs, but it was a bit more reassuring. Overall though, I will not be taking my business back there again and I would NOT recommend to anyone else. I still have a small patch on the roof of my car due to their plastic wrap that fused to the paint (it's small and not a big deal for my cheap sedan, but considering it was a new car with white paint, it sticks out every time I get it washed and people ask about it). Was rear ended in February and opted to take my car here for repairs because they could get me in a few days sooner than the other local shops. I wish I never would have done that. It took twice as long as the standard repair time for my kind of rear damage, AND they were the ABSOLUTE WORST at communicating with me and Insurance (which communicates with Enterprise for my rental car). As you can imagine, they didn't get the job done in time and never told anyone, so I was forced to drop the rental car off THREE BRUTAL DAYS EARLY. I couldn't get to work for three days! Chris Rogers at CRM offered to get me a rental car in the meantime, but I was already picked up by a relative who lived 50 miles away and long gone; it was pointless to go back for another rental. At the end of the job and countless frustrated hours on the phone (mostly spent going to CRM's voicemail system), they finished. BUT THE TRUNK WOULDNT STAY OPEN AND THERE WAS PLASTIC FUSED TO MY ROOF. I sucked it up and moved on with my life because frankly I had bigger issues to worry about than a trunk door of a sedan that doesnt stay propped open entirely. On the plus side, CRM gave me a $200 check for my pains of the rental car. Flash forward to April, and I'm rear ended again (I promise it was never my fault, the drivers here are bad). Car still smelled like fresh paint. I took the car to CRM because I had no other choice but to get it done. Again, it took over two weeks for extremely minor [yet expensive] trunk damage. I picked up the car and it seemed fine. Only to discover the trunk had a delay in opening and there was still a giant gap between the bumper and the trunk anchor!! THEY HADNT FINISHED THE JOB AND YET TOLD ME IT WAS DONE. I called the insurance company and told them, asking what my options were. I then tried to call CRM (you will be very familiar with their voicemail system after using them for just one repair job, I promise you that). read more

My truck was hit while parked. I brought it in got an estimate they sent it to insurance and got everything taken care of for me. I got my truck back paint was perfect they even detailed my truck. I recommend them 100%. read more
