Opened the hood to find my fuse box cover missing and the instruction manual to the air bags still open in the hood. Also the bed cover had two of the clamps fallen off and the tubes for the water drainage put in a location where the water would never drain I did contact installations unlimited and they said they would help with the air leak and wanted to make it right but for me too much went wrong. I brought it back, and they removed the wrap and agreed to give me store credit since I didn't want to risk the same poor result with another wrap. Fast forward--I got a new car and wanted to use the credit toward a starlight headliner. Now they're refusing to honor the store credit and are only offering a "discount" instead. That's not what was agreed upon. This shop used to be well-run, but everything went downhill after the ownership changed in December. The new owners are completely unprofessional and dishonest. They clearly don't stand by their word or their work. Do NOT spend your money here unless you're okay with it being stolen. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
