6 mo. Later my car is finally completely repaired. The owner is very nice and cordial, but when it came to actually fixing my truck, it took significantly longer than it should and then when I got my truck back the first time they returned it with parts being connected by body tape rather than just replacing the part. They also used body tape in places they should have used the actual fasteners that are provided by the manufacturer. Although my truck is repaired, and finally done correctly. It should not have taken 6 mo and many return trips to get them to repair it correctly. I would not go back here nor recommend this body shop. Too many others in this area. Someone else I know took there car here as well, as it was recommended by their insurance company and experienced the same thing and a part that should have been put on originally, is on order and will hopefully get out on 4 mo. After they took their car in 3-1-19 update I will say one thing. The owner of this establishment has had integrity. After reading my review he personally called me. (Not a lot of people would have the stones to do that). Although my experience was not what he wanted and he did recognize some needs for improvement areas, I will say that the phone call showed a personal touch and a willingness to improve. Because of his personal involvement and phone call, his integrity, and just good guy factor. I would probably give him another shot. read more

Nothing about this place stood out. They just do body work bleh. I was in an accident and my driver door was smashed. They quoted me enough that I should have gotten some money back approx. $175.00. They ended up keeping my car longer and keeping my $175.00. I then 13 months after having the repairs done had a door handle issue. (yes they replaced the entire door) and they wouldn't help me getting it fixed. They don't go the extra mile for their customers. At least for me they didn't. They will be the cheapest quote for sure, but are completely unprofessional and unreasonable! First red flag - they do not take credit cards. I asked for a phone call when my car was ready. I never got one. Instead, I got two phone calls on a Friday morning. One from the secretary and the other from the owner, both yelling at me that I did not stop in on my way to work to pay my bill. I told them I had no idea it was ready! I closed my business on a busy Friday in order to bring them a check before they closed at 2:00. I asked to see the car --- and it wasn't done.
