I was rear ended in December and went to Cornelius Paint and Body to get my repairs and I am so glad I did. I am a woman in my 20s who honestly doesn't know much about cars and have never had to get collision repairs. I have been scammed or taken advantage of in the past when dealing with cars so I was nervous. Brian really took great care of me and helped me through the process - I was lost!! He dealt with the insurance company and made sure everything was covered. He gave me updates on the progress of my car and kept me in the loop on the timeline. He even dropped me off at enterprise so I could get my rental and returned it for me! I felt so comfortable going there. It was such an EASY experience. My car looks brand new it was cleaned inside and out and the repairs look great! My trunk was smashed and it looks brand new you can't even tell. I'm so happy. Thanks Brian!!! read more

Ron and the team were awesome to work with, provided a quick, competitive and accurate quote, and did excellent work in a timely fashion. Even more impressive was they "ate the price difference" when the deadbeat person who damaged our car didn't pay the full amount and disappeared. 100% recommend! read more

So lucky to have found this team over at Cornelius Paint & Body! They always do the best they can, they're kind and we trust them 100%! Just the other day we had a small problem with our car door handle, they fixed it and didn't charge us. We totally wanted to pay them for their time, but they sent us on our way. We will always go here for any car problems!! read more

I was involved in an accident in October and Ronnie immediately made me feel like family and took care of the situation. They did a great job and my truck looks brand new. It took longer than expected but Ronnie and the business isn't to blame, you can blame Joe Biden for that. Thanks Ronnie! read more

These guys are great! Good local folks. Great work. No one, I mean NO ONE can match paint better than Ronnie. Take it from a guy who seemingly can not leave his house without getting in a bump up. read more

Great family owned business. Used them for an insurance claim and they were awesome to work with. Great to support a local family owned business that is easy and friendly to work with. read more

Amazing! I came in with a broken bumper. My car was immediately looked at. They didn't waste any time and quoted me a PHENOMENAL price. It was at least $300 cheaper than any other place. They scheduled me for a month later which was fine because it didn't need immediate attention. Being right after the holiday, money was tight and I called last minute to ask to reschedule and they were very polite I scheduled for a week later. They fixed my car in 4 hours!!!!!! Incredible. Not to mention they cleaned the outside of it for me! I would recommended this place to everyone and their mother. read more

Very friendly staff and superior customer service. I dented my right front fender and Brian gave me several options on how to go about fixing it. Superior body and paint work and very friendly all around. If you need your car fixed, better check this place out! read more

My daughter's car had extensive damage after an accident. Ronnie took care of everything from the moment it was towed in. We have had other minor work done here and they have always been diligent to do the best work but also to be as affordable as possible. read more

I highly recommend this body shop. Ron and his staff treated me as good as gold even though I had a small job. They fixed our Honda Accord's bumper and we were so happy with the way it turned out. We did have to wait a month for our turn because they are so busy here. Well worth the wait. read more

6 mo. Later my car is finally completely repaired. The owner is very nice and cordial, but when it came to actually fixing my truck, it took significantly longer than it should and then when I got my truck back the first time they returned it with parts being connected by body tape rather than just replacing the part. They also used body tape in places they should have used the actual fasteners that are provided by the manufacturer. Although my truck is repaired, and finally done correctly. It should not have taken 6 mo and many return trips to get them to repair it correctly. I would not go back here nor recommend this body shop. Too many others in this area. Someone else I know took there car here as well, as it was recommended by their insurance company and experienced the same thing and a part that should have been put on originally, is on order and will hopefully get out on 4 mo. After they took their car in 3-1-19 update I will say one thing. The owner of this establishment has had integrity. After reading my review he personally called me. (Not a lot of people would have the stones to do that). Although my experience was not what he wanted and he did recognize some needs for improvement areas, I will say that the phone call showed a personal touch and a willingness to improve. Because of his personal involvement and phone call, his integrity, and just good guy factor. I would probably give him another shot. read more

These guys are the best! They are honest, do great work, and completed body work on my vehicle for $600.00 less than a nearby body shop quoted me. read more

Phenomenal experience! Worked with both Ron and Brian to fix up my old Audi. Brian wrote up a very fair estimate and a week or so later, they got to work. Trunk lid, right rear quarter panel and an engine splash guard all needed work. It was meticulously repaired, attention to detail was incredible! Very happy with Cornelius Paint & Body... they are my go to auto body shop and will Carry my highest recommendation. read more

Highly recommend this shop! Ronnie was fantastic throughout the whole process. He kept us informed while looking for the parts we needed and then fabricated them when he couldn't find the right parts. It felt like he went the extra mile and we couldn't be happier with the results! The paint and body work look amazing. Would definitely use Cornelius Paint & Body Shop again should the need arise! read more

I was extremely pleased with the service and quality of work Ron and his team provided. The work was completed on time, fair pricing and will definitely use again if needed. The owner was very personable, ISupport local businesses. Thanks for the great service! read more

Had a tree limb fall on my Infiniti. Damaged roof, A pillar, hood and windshield. After reviewing the excellent ratings of this shop, took it in for an estimate. Picked up the car today, all the work looked great, car was ready ahead of time. They were also able to save some money which is always a great thing. Brandon kept me informed from start to finish. Everyone was friendly. When I need work done in the future, I know where to go! I know why they have been in business so long. read more

The customer service here is incredible! I needed to get some paint and body work done after scraping my car along the side of a parking garage, and they gave me the best quote in town, got me in within a week and finished when they said they would. Not only that, but they did a great job, and I can't even tell that it had damage! They even touched up an area outside of the quote, in a nearby location from a shopping cart incident, because they wanted their workmanship to show. I couldn't be happier, or more highly recommend anyone else. If you want family-owned, customer-service oriented, high integrity and fairly priced body work, they get my vote 100 times over!! read more

I had bumper damage and took my car to Cornelius auto body. The entire process exceeded my expectations. When I arrived they gave me a very reasonable quote in about 10 minutes and booked my service for the following Monday. They told me they would need the car for two days. And to my surprise 24 hours later they called to tell me my car was ready. The work was excellent . I recommend them without hesitation. Excellent! read more

I highly recommend this business! It was obvious to me from my first interaction that I was dealing with honest people. Professional, courteous, honest, friendly and great workmanship. I appreciated it very much! read more

Nothing about this place stood out. They just do body work bleh. I was in an accident and my driver door was smashed. They quoted me enough that I should have gotten some money back approx. $175.00. They ended up keeping my car longer and keeping my $175.00. I then 13 months after having the repairs done had a door handle issue. (yes they replaced the entire door) and they wouldn't help me getting it fixed. They don't go the extra mile for their customers. At least for me they didn't. I definitely won't be going back for repairs here again. read more

I can't say enough great things about this place. From start to finish they were exceptional. I had someone back into my car in a parking lot and had damage to the front bumper that needed to be fixed. Cornelius Paint and Body's estimate was reasonable and they did a great job. Communication was great and they really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

If I could rate 6 stars I would. This place is what all paint and body shops should strive to be. Friendly, timely, affordable, great work, and exceptional customer service. They work with you from start to end to make sure everything is flawless. They went above and beyond to make sure that me and my car were taken care of throughout and even after the repairs. Most importantly, they are on the up and up. Unlike other places I've had my car repaired at, they are honest and will not try to make a few bucks off of you. I truly can't say enough good things about Cornelius Paint and Body! read more

They will be the cheapest quote for sure, but are completely unprofessional and unreasonable! First red flag - they do not take credit cards. I asked for a phone call when my car was ready. I never got one. Instead, I got two phone calls on a Friday morning. One from the secretary and the other from the owner, both yelling at me that I did not stop in on my way to work to pay my bill. I told them I had no idea it was ready! I closed my business on a busy Friday in order to bring them a check before they closed at 2:00. I asked to see the car --- and it wasn't done. Too many other businesses around to put up with this nonsense. So, unless you're a good ole southern boy willing to back slap the owner, be prepared . . . read more

Sub par repair for a sub par price. Owner tells you he will use genuine parts then gets after market junk.
