I asked Keith if he worked with Cincinnati and he said yes! Safelite told me Cincinnati didnt work with 1st service and made me an appointment with their guy at Caliber. What a cluster at Caliber. You cant call them directly as all calls go thru Safelite and safelite was giving me wrong info like because my car has advanced technology i would have to bring it in the shop AND LEAVE IT ALL DAY! At 10:30 AM, halfway through the service window, I get a call saying they can't make it. No prior notice, no effort to reschedule earlier, just a last-minute cancellation after I had already blocked off my morning. Trying to be reasonable, I rescheduled for April 13th at their Charlotte location from 2 PM to 6 PM. I show up, wait the entire four-hour window, and only then am told they don't even have the windshield glass for my car. Let that sink in, they scheduled me, had me sit there for hours, and didn't even have the necessary part. At this point, I've wasted four hours in a shop and essentially a day and a half dealing with their incompetence. What's unacceptable is the complete lack of communication. There was zero effort to notify me ahead of time that the glass wasn't available. A simple call or text would have saved hours of my time, but clearly that level of basic professionalism is too much to expect here. This isn't just poor service, it's outright disregard for customers. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others take their business somewhere that actually respects your time.
