My car started to misfire. I was nervous because I wasn't familiar with my surroundings. I was far from my mechanic and I didn't know if I would be able to make it home. I didn't know if I should drive it with the check engine light on or have it towed. So the owner of the shop walked out. He checked my oil, added a little to my car then hooked it to the machine to conduct a diagnostic check. He gave me the diagnosis and I was able to make an informed decision. This shop doesn't just work on Subaru vehicles. They're a certified Subaru repair shop; but they're familiar with ALL vehicles. They don't do engine work but can do fantastic body work. You get great value when you visit and they work directly with insurance companies that is extremely helpful. I learned a lot and love the southern hospitality. You can't beat certain things about the south. I appreciate their concern with my car and I just happened to be there. Blessings come in all sorts of ways!

This business has provided me a quote over the phone, then after I dropped my car off called me back to say they miscalculated the estimate and that it will cost an additional $1,100 because they looked up the wrong parts. After going back and forth on the phone, they somehow came to a conclusion that it would only cost an extra $700. Pretty evident of price gouging. On the second occasion, they told me my only option to fix my car issues was to walnut blast the intake valves for $1400. I spoke with the mechanic on the phone and they claimed they had dealt with this same issue multiple times and were sure this was the only fix. I declined, and ended up finding a very obvious vacuum leak that cost me $8 to fix. It is very clear that this business is trying to take advantage of European vehicle service prices while providing inadequate work.

Has made comments after paying for a rental out-of-pocket because he yet again did not have my car ready that if he continued to pay for my rental, he would need to take me to the back room and work something out. If you value your physical or mental health, do not go here I tried to support this body shop because it's a smaller body shop and instantly regretted it. He reused parts that he got paid to replace with new. When I went to trade my car in they offered me $1,500 for a $7,000 car. The paint work you can still see the primer where he missed around the grill openings. The first time I drove my car at night I had taken my son to the mountains night skiing. When we were driving out I almost crashed because the right headlight was pointed 4 ft low. Headlights from Nissan are pre-aimed before they are shipped. The under side of the car was missing. He added extra screws to the trim pieces around the hood opening because he could not get the pieces to lay in there correctly. I would not let Mike work on my kids little red wagon.
