he was very nice and punctual he was professional....ish . i requested a full interior and shampoo…read moreof the carpets and the back seats due to an unfortunate puke fest i cleaned up the best i could at 2am . all i can say is i got what i payed for i was quoted 80 which is really good pricing. but he said he didn't need to shampoo the carpet (then quoted 70) because the smell was gone which is what i wanted except i can see the outline of puke i missed on the side of the middle console. whatever i can get it since he didn't shampoo. he asked me if i wanted the back seats shampooed i said yes please and later on he tells me he's done and says he didn't need to do the back seats because a stain remover worked.... sir you asked me if i wanted them done i said yes and now it's not needed? in the middle console my usb/ aux port likes to come out of the housing if pulled not a big deal didn't think to say anything about it since the middle would've just needed a wipe down. i get into the car after he left and the cover was pulled down so i opened it and its yanked out with the plastic housing pulled off of it too. i literally had to replug in the wires. i wish he would've said something it wouldn't have been a big deal but the fact that he tried to cover it up left a bad taste in my mouth. overall basically car wash level detailing, he's a sweet kid he just needs a lot more practice and more equipment than a shock vac and interior spray. update: i'm giving two stars because i was out in my car taking pictures and looks under the seat covers that weren't removed i didn't mention anything about so whatever but the physical cushion of the passenger seat was unhooked/ unclipped?? like i could see the metal frame of the seat. i tried to be as nice as possible but for doing this for almost 2 years? i think by that point you know how not to rip the cushion off the literal passenger seat frame

After five minutes this is what he texted me: "Just to confirm -- to enter our weekly maintenance program ($99), we first need to complete an initial service. Since you mentioned the vehicle is already in good condition, the first step would be our Standard Detail, priced at $149. If that works for you, please send me your full name, service address, and email, and we'll get everything scheduled in our system" Basically, I received a lower quote, then was informed the price would be higher before even booking. It came across as a bait and switch, and I chose not to proceed. That type of inconsistency raised concerns about transparency and professionalism.
