That said- I really can't say enough great things about S&B . There's nobody close that can even touch the affordability and service they've given. They've stayed late to work on my car when i had to be to a funeral that week, they've driven me home when a repair was taking longer than expected, they've even cleaned and tweaked other parts of the car during repairs just to lend a helping hand. AND this is all drastically cheaper than anything you'd get anywhere else! theyre absolutely wonderful and personable people that I'd recommend to anyone.

Four months later the black trim over the fender wells are showing signs where a polisher rubbed against it on the hood, the black trim that says, Duramax and Allision Transmission you could also see where the polisher rubbed around it. The water is not beading up anymore on the sides.. I called them 2xs and left messages and no call back. Drove to the store and waited for about 10 minutes inside while watching a grownup chase a kid. I finally asked who was working the office and was told they don't serve the public. I saw good reviews for Sam's so I decided to arrive early morning. I purchased the $23 service which included all of their offerings. For how dirty my car was, the machine did a solid job. I followed up with a soft cloth on the areas that were missed to bring my car closer to my standard of clean. The facility is clean and spacious. The vacuums are nice but don't have good suction. A nice perk is being able to go back within 4 days of my wash to get a second wash using the code on my receipt! Overall, it's a solid place! P.S. all car washes aren't perfect and some vehicles need to be prepped before entering. For example, if you have excessive bug splatter or an old school antenna, it's best to remove before hand to get the best results and avoid damage.
