I've had my vehicles detailed before by another person with a different company, and those who serviced it cleaned the carpet, upholstery, dash, you know, everything inside and outside, of the vehicle. I expected a lot more effort for the $195.00 that I paid. I can't in good conscience give this company a good recommendation, and surely won't be using them again. Disappointed is an understatement.

They had my truck for 3 days to do the work and dry.. Four months later the black trim over the fender wells are showing signs where a polisher rubbed against it on the hood, the black trim that says, Duramax and Allision Transmission you could also see where the polisher rubbed around it. The water is not beading up anymore on the sides.. I called them 2xs and left messages and no call back. Drove to the store and waited for about 10 minutes inside while watching a grownup chase a kid. I finally asked who was working the office and was told they don't serve the public. They didn't have a problem taking my $2,500 back in Oct when I came to them for service. I'm a plumbing contractor and have been serving the surrounding counties for 30 years.. not every job is perfect and I get that but at least make it right by calling back and going above and beyond to help the customer out!! Do not use this company!!! If you do, know that you've been warned!!

I booked two services: Full interior reset package and Exterior detail package. The original quote was $350 for both. When they arrived to pick up my vehicle, they upped the price to $450 after inspecting it due to some dog hair. It was a big jump, but I agreed. After having my car for just under 2.5 hours, they called to up the price again to now $500, even claiming "we have been vacuuming the car for 3 hours" which is literally impossible as they only had the car for less than 2.5 hours. They tried mansplaining to me trying to justify the 2nd price increase. I was stuck having to agree because a) they have my car, b) they already spent 2.5 hours with it before calling to tell me the additional increase and c) offered zero alternatives to avoid the increase. The original services allotted 4.5 hours, so with the extra $150 I was expecting them to really take their time. They finished it in 4 hours, 30 less than the original time slot, but yet wanted me to pay $150 more than the original quote. The job was not anywhere near worth the cost. I was pulling leaves, pollen bits, and hair out of the car as I was inspecting it, and their response was to make more excuses. When I go to pay with a card, he states there is an additional 3% charge. This is not stated anywhere on the website or in the email when you book. Pushing customers to pay through Venmo or Cashapp adds to the shadiness of this entire business. Incredibly disappointing and I'm left feeling completely ripped off. Expecting $125 an hour is truly insane. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
