Yesterday, during a pretty much dreadful day of pouring down rain, I met Jeff (the owner) to go over the issues with my black Lexus 350. If you're like me, you want your car to look as near perfect as you can get it. So, you can imagine my heartbreak when some kid absolutely slammed his door into my Corolla... if that wasn't bad enough, my wife opened the garage door and the tailgate of her car got activated by her keys in the bag at the same time.. it bent the tailgate of my BRAND new CX-9. I called Jeff and he came and the dents were no match for him. The real magic was what he did to that tailgate. You couldn't even tell there was a problem beyond the paint being scratched. From start to finish Jeff was great to work with. He replied fast and came out fast to work on our two cars. You can tell that he really cares about his craft. He sets reasonable expectations but he definitely exceeded them. We had a nasty dent right on the body line of our 2019 RDX. It was a serious eyesore. He immediately identified the issue in working to close to the type glass that was installed in the car. Good attention to the details. When he was finished and the metal was as good as new, he even polished the scuff out. You can't tell it was there. Jeff came to my house and fixed a deep dent on the car which had been there for years. Jeff is truly a great person and very friendly. He has traveled the world and he does his work like an artist. He charged a very reasonable $100 to fix the dent and on his own he also fixed another dent at no extra charge. In fact, he was going to help remove a dent on another car for no charge, but that ding was too tiny to even bother. One thing I learned from Jeff is that once you get a big dent especially in the bumpers, get those fixed soon or over time the bump develops 'memory' and is much more difficult to fix. Jeff fixed a dent in my new car last week- tree branch hit my trunk right above the back up camera and lift handle. I called Carolina Dent Co on recommendation from Yelp and scheduling was easy. I was referred to Jeff by Hi-Line Garage where I buy my cars. I called him and left a message. He contacted me back quickly. We set an appointment the next day. I have a red VW beetle convertible that had some dent/ding damage to the hood and was in a hard to reach/fix area due to the hood construction. I have a BMW X6 that had two microscopic dents on the rear driver side door. I used Yelp to find someone who specializes in PDRs. Jeff knew that I was meticulous because an untrained eye would not see the dents. Jeff is AWESOME! I'm very picky with my cars and don't trust people to work on them, but this is the second time I've called on Jeff to remove door dings or hail damage from my car. I had two very annoying and difficult to remove dents I on the rear quarter panels of my 2016 Dodge Challenger. I baby this car and was initally worried about Jeff chipping the paint.
