I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. One month after they replaced the fuel pump on my Honda SUV, the engine developed a loud tapping noise. They referred me to Honda after troubleshooting. Honda informed me that there was engine damage probably due to faulty sealant work when Automotive Triage replaced the fuel pump. They recommended an engine replacement for approximately $8,000. Honda held my vehicle and parts for Automotive Triage to come and inspect it themselves After I emailed Automotive Triage Honda's report, four days went by without any word from them. I tried calling but was told the owner was unavailable. Three more days passed. The owner finally emailed back but only to say that he would look into it. I was clear that this was an urgent matter and we can't be without this vehicle for very long. Our son was moving out of college, and we needed this SUV but had to spend even more money to rent another SUV. We also had an upcoming vacation where we would need this SUV to haul people and supplies. I couldn't wait any longer and had to proceed with the engine replacement. After a total of ten days, the Automotive Triage owner called and said he wanted to tow the vehicle to his own shop to inspect it himself. When I told him the engine had already been replaced, he said he would make arrangements to pick up the old engine at Honda. He never followed through with this, and I never heard from Automotive Triage again.

That was so nice of him to take the time to look it up knowing that this wouldn't be any more revenue for his shop but would really help me out! Mike is the pilot and Jason is the co-pilot. I have never had an issue with my cars after service was performed on them. Both Mike and Jason are friendly, courteous, and very professional when it comes to fixing the cars. Before any major work is performed on the cars, I am given a courtesy call as to what needs to be done to them. If your car needs to be serviced, I would suggest to call a couple of days in advance because they do get busy servicing other vehicles. I recently had quite an adventure with my car. It all started when I got my oil changed and had a…read morestate inspection done in another state. I was driving from Pennsylvania to Virginia, on my way to Charlotte. I planned to stay overnight in a hotel in Virginia before continuing my journey. The place that did my oil change mentioned they couldn't reset the service reminder/error message on the screen. So, while I was driving to Virginia, my car kept flashing "Oil pressure low." It was 11 PM, and I had no idea where to stop. I assumed it was just the reminder not being reset, as the service provider had informed me. I made it to the hotel, but the next day, my car wouldn't start. It made loud knocking noises and had jumpy movements. I stopped and towed my car from Virginia to the BMW dealer in Charlotte. A couple of days later, the dealer called and informed me that the car didn't have enough engine oil--only one quart! They recommended replacing the entire engine and quoted a whopping $27,000 for a remanufactured engine. I was shocked! Even my 2016 car wouldn't resale for that price. Desperate for options, I called companies that buy cars with failed engines, and they quoted me $1,500. Then, THANK GOD, I called Euroenvy to check if they could replace the engine. They asked why I needed a new engine, and after explaining the issue, they quoted a price, and I approved the job. I then called BMW to release my car, and they offered to replace the engine for $19,000 with a used engine that had 79k miles. I declined and asked them to release the car. I towed the car to Euroenvy, thinking they were going to replace the engine. This is when the MIRACLE happened. Euroenvy called and said they weren't sure why I needed an engine replacement. They ran some diagnostics and asked me every single question about what had happened. After a thorough test run, they discovered that my engine didn't need replacement at all! The issue was a leaking oil drain plug, stripped by the first place that did the oil change. They fixed it, test-ran the car, checked for any leaks, and found none. They charged me $243 for the service, and my car has been running super fine ever since. In 2 weeks, the agony i went through is something cannot be explained (from $27000 to $19000 to $1500 to sell the car to now. This is not just about money. It is a combination of money + agony that we were going through the whole time. Euroenvy could have just replaced the engine as I already approved the job (BTW their engine replacement is way cheaper than the dealer) but they didn't do it. They did what was right and I just LOVE this place. Until I live in Charlotte, you will be my GO TO place for my car. In today's world, it's easy to find smart people, but honesty is a very rare quality. Euroenvy is a place that combines both smartness and honesty. You are the best, and I will never forget this experience.
