I have a very complicated system that includes a boiler radiant heat floor system in the concrete slab powered by tankless heaters. As soon as Wayne looked it it he knew EXACTLY what needed to be done. Cody was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and just a darn good guy. They showed up when they said they would and called when they were on the way. They provided advice and also listened to my concerns. I'm a retired contractor. I know what I'm talking about. I know good work when I see it. If I can't do it myself, I'm often reluctant to hire outside help. But as I've aged (a little?!) I know I can't do it all anymore. To find a company like Freedom Plumbing is like finding a new friend. I have put them on my list of GO-TO fixers.

The crew would call before coming. 11:00 this morning, her crew knocks on the door. Luckily we had just returned from the doctor from a scheduled appointment. No advanced call. She gave a quote Monday of $65 just to come out. And $85 an hour. When the crew got there, the price went from $150 to $250. they told us it was $85 per man and they sent 2 men just to replumb a single bathroom sink. A one person job. After calling Mrs. Blalock to question her about it, she suddenly couldn't recall not saying it was $85 per man. And she wasn't going to adjust the price. We told her the workers could proceed, but she and her husband would never get any of our business after this. I pray for businesses that do this to people. And I feel like they Prey on me elderly and disabled. As we are. Shame on you. You will be the elderly one day too.
