Eastbend came back out and suddenly, their entire story changed- they then claimed the unit was "fine" and did not need any repairs. So which is it? Beyond repairs or perfectly fine? this level of inconstancy is very unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the accuracy and honesty of their assessments. Based on my experience, we would strongly advise other to avoid using Eastbend. We have zero confidence in their evaluation and would not use them again under any circumstances.

Took a week and half to get a price quote on the A coil but it was so high I just went with someone else. It was only $800 higher to put a brand new unit in and 10 yr warranty. Charged $140 to do diagnostic on a sunday. they then charged me over $240 to replace a capacitor (which they called a "power pack") which can be bought on Amazon for $10.. I'm serious the part they replaced is a JARD brand part #12783 if you google that its $10 they charged me $404 total for something I could have googled and fixed myself. Oh and he was at my house less than 30 min total. he pulled off a panel held on by two 8mm screws and the capacitor is right there. I don't mind paying a diagnostic fee but overcharging me by $230 dollars for a $10 part is WRONG!!!! DO NOT USE THEM** STAY AWAY

Even though Brady Flanary wasn't the lowest quote nor the highest, I feel that the quote given to me was best for my home. Patrick and Martin replaced my entire system in about 6 hours.
