Brawley's estimate was by far the easiest to understand and their prices were very competitive. They were honest in their recommendations and didn't try to upsell us. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend them!

After doing much research and getting quotes from 5 other businesses Sam was the most reasonable and fair for our needs. Other companies offered all the "bells and whistles"10 yr warranties but honestly if you are installing new efficient units you should not need to pay for warranty on units that in all probability won't breakdown within 10 years. Sam was prompt at answering our questions and worked with us to get us the right systems for our home. He installed everything in 2 days and was very neat and respectful of our home and property. The county inspector even commented on what a clean and neat install he did. The big name companies are not always the best to go with as far as bang for your buck. We highly recommend Sam Brawley for your HVAC needs. We live in Clemmons NC.

The piece in the tank that flushes the toilet, the rubber was peeling away. It is not something that has to be done now but before it starts leaking. I am really glad he gave me options to fix now or later. I am going to wait because I have only had the toilet for less than 2 years. Nick was very nice and polite. He was also very professional. He wore his shoe covers when he was in my home. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. P.S. You can tell Nick had good teaching growing up, his politeness and manners are outstanding!

He guaranteed his work for 10 days , but we needed him to come back for our water leaking issues , he said he was 50 minutes away . Townsend him pictures . Then stated that he turned it over to his manager , oh but we thought the he owned the company. Oh , but his manger is his wife . She did email us , and ask for pictures instead of Josh Hauser coming back under his 10 day guarantee, and said that we would have to pay him more money to come back . K owing we already paid $873. .. . We recvd 2 emails from the so called manager , Josh's wife. But we never heard anything back from Josh Hauser under his 10 guarantee. I would never recommend this company for any work needed to be done . He was referred to us by his friends and almost family . But , I would never recommend Josh Hauser or anyone in his company. They are useless as they come when it comes to his 10 day guarantee and him not coming back to complete his job unless we paid more money . I told him in a text that I would be contacting the BBB for him not returning to complete his job under his 10 day guarantee. Because we are 50 minutes away . Oh well. You should always finish what you started. You were paid. Josh probably damaged our lines that he snaked through knowing he should had not done that, and that's why he didn't want to come back . Word of mouth can be good or bad and damaging, but if you don't do right and keep your word . It's useless, and your word is useless to us . You probably knew exactly that you damaged our lines and just wasn't gonna come back to fix your mistakes if that is what happened here . Good luck on your business, I hope this helps where no one will call on you or your company for anything. You will never be refunded by us . Terrible in his guarantee , TERRIBLE!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Eastbend. Our warranty company initially sent them out to…read moreinspect out our ac unit, and they claimed there were multiple leaks and beyond repair. With guest coming to stay at our home we reached out to a friend who charge the unit and got back running with no issues. The warranty company requested better documentation and photos to support Eastbend diagnose. Eastbend came back out and suddenly, their entire story changed- they then claimed the unit was "fine" and did not need any repairs. So which is it? Beyond repairs or perfectly fine? this level of inconstancy is very unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the accuracy and honesty of their assessments. Based on my experience, we would strongly advise other to avoid using Eastbend. We have zero confidence in their evaluation and would not use them again under any circumstances.
