I got an online quote of $150 that would include one bedroom and one hallway. I scheduled an appointment for the very next day with an arrival window of 12-5:00. I called on the day of the appointment just to confirm. She was very polite, well spoken and helpful and we were all set. I opted in for texting and when they were on the way, I got a text with his GPS trackable location and name. Sawandi arrived around 1:00. He was all smiles and introduced himself. He came in, talked about what he would do and explained the after care instructions. He also said $150 is the minimum but there was enough room to add bacteria killing sanitizer and freshener. Yes please! I can't go in yet because it needs 24-48 hours to dry but it looks great and it smells clean, not even a hint of the previous odor. It smells light and fresh without being too perfumey. Whether that's a heart reading or dryer vent reading, both are potentially deadly. Dryer fires are the #1 cause of house fires today. From a convenience standpoint, blockages slow drying and leave clothes wet. I reached out to Ventbusters and off they went. We set up a time and they spent close to 2 hours removing all lint - they video the work so you can see before and after as well as what they took out! They also let me know there was an issue with the roof vent in our townhouse (and you really shouldn't vent to the roof unless you have to) which we will address. I cannot recommend them more and the flat rate option--so worth it and great peace of mind.

Duke…read moreEnergy has an EV charger prep program to get reimbursed for preparing your home or garage with said charger. They will reimburse up to $1,133. After extensively asking Duke all the questions to get this reimbursement, I asked for a list of contractors they have worked with. They gave me a list of 5+ electric companies. Go Green was the 3rd one I called and the only one that answered. Right away, they showed me elevated service. I explained the situation to them and they offered a free consultation to come check out my garage and give me an estimate for the EV charger installation. The very next week, Richie, the technician, came out and met with my husband to check out the space. The first estimate was a little more than what we wanted to spend (with one expensive part being the cost of the surge protector). My husband asked if we could provide the surge protector would Go Green supply the labor for installation. Richie said they could do that and also that he will come up with 5 different customizations of estimates based on different services and promotions. Richie left and within a few hours, the estimates were in my email inbox. I ended up choosing one of the mid-level ones and signed the invoice ocking in the price. Go Green had to order some parts so installation happened a little over 2 weeks later. Richie was the technician for installation too. It took him and his partner a little over 2 hours to install the charger. The city also needed to approve the charger so Richie said Go Green would handle the communication with them so they could come out. I did put in a request with him for a certain day and the city was able to accommodate. Once I received all my documents (the proof of EV registration, my paid invoice, and the approved permit), I applied for Duke's EV charger prep program. I was rejected about a week-ish later for not having an itemized invoice up to their standards. I immediately called Go Green and told them what happened and within the hour, they emailed me a new invoice which I re-submitted to Duke. Two weeks later, Duke emailed me approval for the program and two weeks after that, I received my check in the mail. This is a long review, but I wanted to explain the full process of working with Go Green to get approved for the EV charger prep program. I cannot recommend them enough. They are efficient and professional. I am extremely happy with their work!
