I done told you to stop calling me to try to sell me something," and they hung up. This was the first time I had called. I called back a few minutes later and Eddie answered with a "Hello." I inquired about whether this was a business, since the first call was answered rudely and the second call wasn't answered by stating their business name. He said it was. I asked about coming out for plumbing and he said that with all the recent rain, everyone was flooding and it would be awhile. Come to find out, the previous plumbing was done completely wrong and we weren't able to reattach the pipes. Long story short, what I thought would be an easy task turned out to be a project that was quoted to be thousands more dollars than expected. I was, to put it plainly, so annoyed!
