Kino's Plumbing and Drain - Highly recommend…read more I recently had a significant amount of work done that required excavation and indoor plumbing. It was a large amount of work that they completed in a very reasonable time. Beyond the impressive workload, they were organized, communicative, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They kept me informed at every decision point and the master plumber patiently fielded all my questions about materials. I had several quotes for a portion of the job (water heater replacement), and Kino's pricing (components and labor) was 1/3 the estimated cost of company A and only slightly higher than Company B (who only provided an estimate for a smaller low-end tank and never returned any of my calls).

I contacted Kino Plumbing for a second opinion regarding a gurgling drain issue. During the visit,…read morethe technician/manager Albert attempted to charge $399 for a camera inspection that I did not authorize. I reviewed a recording of the phone call afterward, and at no point did I agree to a camera inspection -- I only asked whether a camera was available and was told it would cost extra if used. He also tried to state several catastrophic causes over the phone prior to even evaluating the issue in person. After he "evaluated" I was also told the blockage was at the city line level, however the city later confirmed their line was clear. I believe homeowners should be very clear and cautious about authorizing work and charges in advance. Transparency and consent are extremely important, especially during stressful plumbing issues.

They did have to go through some trial and errors but at the end of the day they really stayed on it to find the issue. Finally, they did and I was so thrilled. Yes, it was expensive for me, but it was fixed. For me, that's all that matters. Mr. James Cauble or shoot, Coble? He was very very helpful and was determined to find the issue and he did. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. To this day everything is fine. He just wasn't giving up and I feel so fortunate that I met him at the right time. Thank you so very much.

As we were in the middle of purchasing a 20 year old home, James provided a thorough investigation during our Home Inspection, and at NO CHARGE. After our Closing, we called and they were here immediately. James provided excellent communication so the technician was familiar with all we had discussed during the home inspection. The technician, Justin was polite, thorough, helpful and conscientious about his work detail. As we were in our first week of moving into the home and it was an extremely unsettling time with everything in boxes and more improvements to manage, Justin's demeanor was exceptionally calming, understanding, and reassuring. Very grateful. Responsive, respectful, immediate, thorough, and attentive on all accounts.

The piece in the tank that flushes the toilet, the rubber was peeling away. It is not something that has to be done now but before it starts leaking. I am really glad he gave me options to fix now or later. I am going to wait because I have only had the toilet for less than 2 years. Nick was very nice and polite. He was also very professional. He wore his shoe covers when he was in my home. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. P.S. You can tell Nick had good teaching growing up, his politeness and manners are outstanding!

He guaranteed his work for 10 days , but we needed him to come back for our water leaking issues , he said he was 50 minutes away . Townsend him pictures . Then stated that he turned it over to his manager , oh but we thought the he owned the company. Oh , but his manger is his wife . She did email us , and ask for pictures instead of Josh Hauser coming back under his 10 day guarantee, and said that we would have to pay him more money to come back . K owing we already paid $873. .. . We recvd 2 emails from the so called manager , Josh's wife. But we never heard anything back from Josh Hauser under his 10 guarantee. I would never recommend this company for any work needed to be done . He was referred to us by his friends and almost family . But , I would never recommend Josh Hauser or anyone in his company. They are useless as they come when it comes to his 10 day guarantee and him not coming back to complete his job unless we paid more money . I told him in a text that I would be contacting the BBB for him not returning to complete his job under his 10 day guarantee. Because we are 50 minutes away . Oh well. You should always finish what you started. You were paid. Josh probably damaged our lines that he snaked through knowing he should had not done that, and that's why he didn't want to come back . Word of mouth can be good or bad and damaging, but if you don't do right and keep your word . It's useless, and your word is useless to us . You probably knew exactly that you damaged our lines and just wasn't gonna come back to fix your mistakes if that is what happened here . Good luck on your business, I hope this helps where no one will call on you or your company for anything. You will never be refunded by us . Terrible in his guarantee , TERRIBLE!!
