Sadly this was installed leaky and they have not responded to any of my requests to come back out and fix it. Updating review accordingly.

My toilet was backing up into my shower. I saw High Point Plumbing was rated well by all who used them. I called and they came out the same day. My toilet was flushing well that was Friday afternoon. Saturday it started all over again. I waited until Monday morning to call (I have another bathroom). They called me back shortly after I left the message Monday morning and came back out Monday afternoon. Today is Wednesday and all is well. I paid on Friday what I thought was a reasonable rate. I asked Monday if I owed anything and was told no it's covered. I would highly recommend them. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if I have a Plumbing issue they will be who I call. read more

I booked them through the Yelp app, which was a smooth process, and I highly recommend over any others around! First of all, they do NOT charge any fee just for coming out. I really appreciate that because I still scratch my head as to why I would pay someone $70 just to grace me with their presence, whether they get the work done or not. It's a sleazy business practice that forces the customer to agree to have work done, and I'm happy to say HPP doesn't do that. Secondly, I was told that my water heater was so old that it would be risky to service and flush it out today, and that I would be better off running it into the ground at this point. It is a 2006 heater. I appreciate the honesty and expert opinion! They also took a look at the water stem behind the washer, explained what it would take to fix it (apparently a simple fix), quoted us a price of what it would cost to hire them to fix it, and also explained to us how much it would cost in material to do it ourselves. A simple, $8 fix vs hiring them to do it for around $200. They spent a good hour here explaining things rather thoroughly, and they didn't take so much as a penny from us today! As someone who still feels rage over past encounters with some plumbing companies, this will be my first choice going forward! You down with HPP? Yeah, you know me! read more

Everything was overall fantastic while working with High Point Plumbing Services. I had a leak in our main water line leading from our well. James was quickly responsive to setting up a time to write up an estimate. Pricing was extremely fair compared to other plumbers in the area. We were able to have someone come out and do the work at a time that best suited my schedule, and they were very quick and efficient at completing the work. James came out and evaluated a non-urgent issue that I'm having. He was very professional and explained the cause, the process to repair, and the cost to have it fixed properly. He made me feel comfortable and unpressured. I feel his fees are fair and did not feel like I was being fleeced (unlike some experiences I've had in the past.). I hIred them to replace leaky kitchen faucet with new one They assured me that the plumber they would send could also repair/replace damaged floor beneath the sink It was understood that there would be a separate contract directly with the plumber for this part. The plumber who replaced the faucet was prompt, polite and thourough. He also gave us a price to repair the damaged floor, which seemed very reasonalble. This was on a Friday. After we accepted his price, he said that he would be back on Monady at 2:00pm to complete the job. We made arrangemens to be home on Monday, but he never called and never showed up. When I called High Point plumbing, they were apologetic and promised that they would follow up. When they didn't call back in several days, I called again and was again assured that they would be back in touch. Disappointgly, I it's been over a week and I've not heard from them. I have since made other arrangments to fix the damaged floor. read more

I called on a Tuesday, he came out on a Wednesday. Had a follow-up concern, and he came out again to fix it for me with a smile on his face. Great, responsive, simple, and trustworthy company. Reached out to fix a leak issue in my home, and this company reached out very quick. They worked with my busy schedule, made sure the leak was immediately fixed, and explained every detail done to correct the issue. Asked if there was any parking requests (nobody does this anymore- great thing), checked the entire home for any other leaks or adjustments needed to be made, was reasonably priced.
