He was truly interested in fixing my son's issue the right way. After several days of heavy rain, my son had water pooled under his home. We had a plumber come out with a quote of $4,000 and 2 others did not even show up. Then there was Scotty. He not only came out, but he gave my son advice on how to save money without taking advantage of him, because of his age and the fact that he's a first time homeowner. Scotty knew that I would be paying the bill, so he communicated with me the whole way. He sent photos of what he found under the house, at the downspouts and his recommendations. While there, he found the issue ASAP and made sure to explain how/what he was doing during the whole process. In the past when having plumbing work done it's always awkward and I've had that tense feeling that I was being ripped off, this is not the case with Scotty! I will never use another plumber!

His honesty saved me hundreds of dollars of repair. He also fixed a leak in my basement ceiling where I had made a temporary repair over Christmas when the family was here. Duke…read moreEnergy has an EV charger prep program to get reimbursed for preparing your home or garage with said charger. They will reimburse up to $1,133. After extensively asking Duke all the questions to get this reimbursement, I asked for a list of contractors they have worked with. They gave me a list of 5+ electric companies. Go Green was the 3rd one I called and the only one that answered. Right away, they showed me elevated service. I explained the situation to them and they offered a free consultation to come check out my garage and give me an estimate for the EV charger installation. The very next week, Richie, the technician, came out and met with my husband to check out the space. The first estimate was a little more than what we wanted to spend (with one expensive part being the cost of the surge protector). My husband asked if we could provide the surge protector would Go Green supply the labor for installation. Richie said they could do that and also that he will come up with 5 different customizations of estimates based on different services and promotions. Richie left and within a few hours, the estimates were in my email inbox. I ended up choosing one of the mid-level ones and signed the invoice ocking in the price. Go Green had to order some parts so installation happened a little over 2 weeks later. Richie was the technician for installation too. It took him and his partner a little over 2 hours to install the charger. The city also needed to approve the charger so Richie said Go Green would handle the communication with them so they could come out. I did put in a request with him for a certain day and the city was able to accommodate. Once I received all my documents (the proof of EV registration, my paid invoice, and the approved permit), I applied for Duke's EV charger prep program. I was rejected about a week-ish later for not having an itemized invoice up to their standards. I immediately called Go Green and told them what happened and within the hour, they emailed me a new invoice which I re-submitted to Duke. Two weeks later, Duke emailed me approval for the program and two weeks after that, I received my check in the mail. This is a long review, but I wanted to explain the full process of working with Go Green to get approved for the EV charger prep program. I cannot recommend them enough. They are efficient and professional. I am extremely happy with their work!

They were professional and treated our property with care. Previous plumber told us our clogging issues were due to putting eggshells in the garbage disposal When actually there was a huge crack in the line with root intrusion. The crack was very close to where the previous company installed a cleanout. Not sure how they missed it. Go Green quickly diagnosed the issue, cleared the line then came back to replace the line within a couple of days. They worked around our landscaping as much as possible and even planted new grass seed, and laid straw to cover where the trench was dug. Workmen were knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

My toilet was flushing well that was Friday afternoon. Saturday it started all over again. I waited until Monday morning to call (I have another bathroom). They called me back shortly after I left the message Monday morning and came back out Monday afternoon. Today is Wednesday and all is well. I paid on Friday what I thought was a reasonable rate. I asked Monday if I owed anything and was told no it's covered. I would highly recommend them. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if I have a Plumbing issue they will be who I call.
