HydroWash Heros LLC did a fantastic job. From initial contact to job completion, HydroWash Heros had prioritized customer service. For this review, I would like to highlight three things that made me happy with choosing HydroWash Heros to power wash my home - 1) communication, 2) materials used, and 3) flexibility. COMMUNICATION- I used Yelp to assist me in researching and compare/contrast. Over the multitude of companies I reviewed, HydroWash had great reviews for service and price. Jason from HydroWash responded quickly and was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and also had a few of his own to make sure he got the pricing right. His communication stayed consistent throughout the process with verifying appointment the day prior and always responding in a timely manner. MATERIALS USED - In speaking with Jason, he reassured me of the types of chemicals used and its dilution percentage. While researching power washing companies, I learned various companies can use many different t chemicals to include bleach to treat a house. The solution used by HydroWash is safe and doesn't effect paint or siding of homes. FLEXIBILITY: When setting up an appointment with HydroWash, Jason was upfront with his schedule and was able to fit me in immediately. I had figured I would agree to an appointment within 30 days. Jason was at my home within a week. I highly recommended HydroWash Heros LLC to anyone who is looking to get their patio, house, driveway and more cleaned. The outside looks as pristine as when we first moved in. Thank you so much to HydroWash Heros! read more

I am always amazed when I finally get around to getting my house power washed of how much of a difference it makes when my home is clean versus all the grit and grime it accumulates over time that I get used to and don't notice. It's like when we slowly put on weight,... Those who see us everyday don't see it creeping up but suddenly one day we look in the mirror and there it is! It's kinda the same with my home and rental properties. Sometimes it's not until I get it power washed that I realize how dirty it was and how wonderful it looks now. Such was the case with HydroWash Heroes. They did such a wonderful job on one of my properties that I asked them to do the others as well. I found owner and operator Jason to be very cordial and professional. Not only that, when there was an issue with a piece of equipment he quickly remediated the situation to make sure his services were provided in a the manner in which they should. He really went the extra mile! Some neighbors thought I had just had the house painted and that made me laugh. Let me tell you, power washing is a lot cheaper than painting a whole house and they did a great job! I'm definitely going to use them again and I would highly recommend. Jason and HydroWash Heroes for your home or rental property. They do a great job, Jason's a great guy and he really cares! Very reasonable too! Get 'er done! read more

Jason provided the absolute BEST service we have ever experienced in the Triangle! From our initial interaction with him all the way through job completion, he was truly exceptional. We hired him to do a full house and driveway wash and we dropped the ball on removing the furniture and hanging lights from our screened porch. When he realized this was the case, he went above and beyond to communicate the importance of doing so for both safety and quality purposes. Not only was he incredibly patient and flexible, but he returned at sunrise a few days later to complete the job in time for our daughter's first birthday party - something he was in no way obligated to do since it was our fault he was unable to complete the job the first time! It is evident that he takes great pride in his work, which is reflected both in how he communicates with his customers and how meticulous he is with the job. Not to mention his quote was also the most reasonable one we received! HIGHLY recommend Jason for any and all pressure washing needs! We will certainly never hire anyone else. read more

Jason is a top notch, hard working, honest businessman. Extremely affordable. His communication is excellent. I'm always hesitant to hire others to help around our house as we're type A, OCD and typically end up having to fix what we don't like or what doesn't get done to our satisfaction. With HydroWash Hero's you won't have to do a thing! Quality like this is hard to come by! Hire him asap! read more
