They then were able to come out on Monday and give me an estimate. Was $500 for my driveway, sidewalk, and siding all around the house. I was interested in using this company. The owner agreed to come Thursday to give an estimate but didn't. I called Friday to confirm that he would come. He told me that he was busy finishing up other jobs but would come by later. I received a text message December 21 after 8 PM that he had his employee come by. I never saw anyone and I have exterior cameras as well. He quoted me $150 to $250 to power washed my sidewalk, driveway and garage door. Neither is dirty or like the before pictures in his reviews. I pride myself on keeping an immaculate home inside and out. I just wanted to freshen it for the Holidays. I've paid $250 for all of those including my entire ranch level home. After he didn't show real interest, I decided to go with another company. I don't think that I should beg a person to do a job. read more

Mr Johnson, from Johnson Pressure Wash, came to our home to do a power wash on the entire outside of our property, which included the house, front and back porches, driveway and walkway. His two helpers removed all the furniture from the porches, and would hardly let me lift a finger to help. Mr Johnson and his helpers are three of the politest, most professional men we've ever hired. When the job was completed (which took about three hours from start to finish), one of his assistants came to the door, stating, "we're ready for your inspection, ma'am." The siding, porches, driveway and walkway looked brand new. We could not have been more impressed, not only by the work itself, but by the professionalism of Mr. Johnson and his team. We have had our house done by Mr. Johnson twice and each time ,he has gone over and above with great results. Our HOA requires us to have our house siding kept clean as our house is on the corner which is seen by most. The siding gathers mold and such from the nearby woods. So it requires regular cleaning. Johnson mixture of chlorine and water quickly removes grime and mold that build up . Also , our driveway which had numerous markings and pollen also was cleaned.I recommend Mr. Johnson's Pressure service as he is punctual , thorough and will work to keep his clients satisfied. read more

I would definitely recommend Johnson Pressure Wash for anyone needing some good pressure washing done on their property. Timothy was very responsive, we stayed in contact as our appointment approached and he was able to bump it out a few days as we got closer because it was going to downpour on the originally planned day - all this handled smoothly. The final product was perfect - it'd been just shy of a couple years since pressure washing our house and it had the usual green mold and such all along the front porch, particularly the railings, and general dirt etc all over the house - this was all washed off along with the walkway and short tandem driveway. The difference is night and day and the house looks incredible now. The back deck also went unwashed the last couple years and it's not a brand new or super well sealed wooden deck, so washing those off of all the green grime and nastiness can be tricky, particularly without blasting through any stain and protection, and Timothy did a great job. All in all very happy with the result and I think it was a fair price as well - as others have said, Timothy isn't trying to be the lowest cost provider, and that is not what I was looking for either because you really do get what you pay for, but they're not the most expensive either, they're fair, make sure you're happy with each area that you get washed, etc. It's probably not in our budget to have this done as frequently as we probably should, and hopefully we'll stay ahead of things a little better - we do have our own pressure washer - but we were in a bit of a time crunch, and knew it would be done better, in less time, and use less water than if we did it ourselves. All ended up being true no doubt. Our water bill did post a few days after and looked like it ended up being about $40 in water above our usual bill, which is not too bad. Something to keep in mind, but when it takes longer to do as an infrequent pressure washer, that bill will only be higher. We'll definitely be checking with Timothy and company the next time we need help pressure washing! read more
