I was in communication with Eve W. I reached out to them again via Yelp the night before to confirm my appointment and to also ask if I could move the time from 10 AM to 11:30 AM. Eve said that would be fine and I thanked them. They confirmed the morning of via Yelp at 9:37 AM that the cleaning crew would be at my apartment at 11:30 AM. At 11:06 AM, Eve texted me and said the crew was finishing up another job and would be arriving at 12 noon. I let her know that was ok with me. Then at 11:35 AM Eve called me and said the crew would not be able to come and she would be coming herself to clean my apartment. The reason being that I made the last minute change last night and messed up the crew's schedule for that day. I voiced that she had confirmed the time change was ok and she could have told me "no" to the change. However, as I did not have any other options at the time I agreed to wait an additional 45 minutes for her to arrive at my apartment. One hour later I called Eve again as she had not arrived. She said (stifling laughter) that it would be ANOTHER hour until she would arrive because she had to go to her home to pick up cleaning supplies. At that point I had become overly frustrated with the lack of professionalism and courtesy and asked to cancel the appointment. This business is a scam and I urge everyone to stay as far away from them as you can.
