They said they could help us and we booked the service. They came out with what looked like a shark vacuum. They said it would take couple hours. It took about 45 min. And our floors looks exactly like they did before they came out. They have a 7 day complaint policy. I called within that time frame to discuss my displeasure. I was told that I did not discuss my issue while the cleaners were here and that I should have said something then. They proceeded to tell me that they are good people and are not trying to rip me off. Yet never got a call back except for when the own butt dialed me while at a little league game. Called let messages and nothing. The woman who works there answering phones was nice and seemed like she wanted them to come back out and fix the issue but in the end the issue was never resolved. Left several messages and never a call back. The service cost 512.40 and the service. The result was mopping our floors for 500 dollars. Update to the owners response: I really wish they had reached out to me to try to resolve the issue. I hate writing poor views on family owned companies but it's really insulting to be ignored and avoided when trying to get satisfied from a service that was not done correctly. There was no follow up on my phone calls. I asked that they come back and do the recommend service since the result was not satisfactory. No follow up and no response was rendered.
