Although I did get less expensive quotes from other vendors, Ivan was the only one to ask follow up questions about the fabirc for our area rugs and asked for a photo of the chair we wanted cleaned. This certainly gave me confidence he knew what the job required and could provide a solid quote. He was up front with the pricing and explained the additional options that the tech would offer upon arrival. My technician was Jose and he did a great job. He explained everything, answered all my questions and took extra care to work out the stains and pointed out the ones he could not remove. I could not be happier with the service from start to finish. We had an oversized room (200+ sq ft) which counts as two areas, two area rugs, a couch and a oversized chair to be cleaned. They were able to schedule me for the very next day, arrived within the window they scheduled, I received texts and emails about the appointment and Jose called to let me know he was on his way. I just dumped dark teal paint all over my beige carpet this morning. I called ProGreen since I googled 'emergency carpet cleaning' and Ivan answered right away. He told me to cover the stain and keep it wet. They arrived within 2 hours! I can't even say how awesome my experience was. Ivan and his technician worked very hard to get all the stains and were very thorough. He was full of good information about how to treat stains and explained everything extremely well. I did not compare prices with other vendors as I was just trying to get the stain addressed ASAP but I feel like the price was very reasonable. Especially since he thought I said it was a quarter sized paint stain, but I had meant it was about a quart of paint that I spilled! He didn't change the price even for such a larger stain. We were selling our house and ProGreen was accommodating to a tight appointment schedule with other contractors as we got our due diligence underway before closing. They helped us with a berber carpet on the stairway, hallway and rooms upstairs. Pretty straightforward job except for 2 stains: one from a closet storage unit and another from an air freshener resin that had spilled from a night table and made thick dark circles on the carpet. The technician came in and was wearing and following all the safety precautions (first wave of Covid), took measurements, provided the estimate, and explained the job. Once done he provided shoe covers for us to inspect the carpet and both stains had been removed. I recently spilled red wine on our upstairs rug and on the stairs themselves to the extent I wasn't sure that anything would be able to get the stains out. After searching the web for carpet cleaning companies, reading various comments/reviews on several of the more recommended ones, and then contacting the top three based on same, I decided to have ProGreen do the job. After advising me as to how they would tackle the removal process and advising me of the possibility that the stairs would be difficult and they might not be able to get all the stains out, they then proceeded to get them all out and made the rugs look better than ever. I recently adopted a kitten and before he figured out the whole litter box situation, he peed on two of my couch cushions. I messaged several carpet cleaners (who also clean upholstery) and while many of the companies had very similar quotes, I chose to go with Ivan because it sounded to me like he was committed to doing a good job that I would be happy with as opposed to saying that he'd give it his best shot but couldn't make any guarantees. Ivan showed me where the stains were, explained the process, and told me what I could do in the future if it happened again. Second time I've had my carpet cleaned by ProGreen, would've been my 3rd time had my husband not called an other carpet cleaning company (thought it would be better bc it has 3x more positive reviews than ProGreen does here on Yelp). Anyone can clean carpet, but not every company can actually give you the before and after results you see in the pictures. ProGreen arrived on time and left my carpet STAINLESS. They even wear booties throughout the whole process! My tech also didn't just rush through it either, took his time and did it right! And he was so nice too!! I had the carpet in two rooms stretched. The first room had a ridge running down the middle of it. This turned out to be due to a poor job by the original installers. Ivan cut out the seem, cleaned it up, and rejoined the two pieces so that there was a clean seem. He then stretched the carpet. It now looks better than it did when it was first installed. I found Ivan to be fast and very efficient. He has obviously done this thousands of times. Whenever I find someone that does an excellent job at a good price. ProGreen cleaned my moms house carpet about a month ago and did a great job! This time they pressure wash our home, pressure wash our back patio, and cleaned the tiles in all our bathrooms. I'm glad they provide all this services because they always do an amazing job. Technicians are always very professional and go above and beyond to meet our expectations. Scheduling was easy. I received an email confirmation the day before, Ivan arrived at appt time, and he worked very hard. I like that they wears booties when in the house, to protect the floors. I had ProGreen pressure wash my home about a year ago. The (evil) HOA told me it needed cleaning again the following year, so I booked ProGreen for another pressure wash. They stopped by the house that morning to start the job but when he looked at it, they told me there was no need to do it this year and offered to write the HOA a letter stating that there was no way it needed another pressure wash. He could have just done it (I was not home at the time) and billed me but preferred to invest in a long term business relationship. What a class act! read more

I called ProGreen Carpet at the last minute to get my carpets cleaned because I had a showing the next day. They were able to come out right away for a very reasonable price. The service technician (Ivan) was very professional and did an excellent job. He did a walk-thru over the areas I wanted cleaned before cleaning and explained the process.
