Gave me my quote on the spot and even took the time to ask me the cost of my rug so as to be sure I didn't pay to have it cleaned and protected more than it was worth. Communication: The owner called me back and made sure I had his contact info. He let me know when the two gentlemen coming to clean would be at my house. They also called and let me know when they were on their way. They were on time and were so kind despite my being late to meet them. They helped me move my rug from my attic down to the first floor. They were doing their job in good spirits, which I love. They pulled out their vacuums and got to work. I saw my rug get its beautiful vibrant color back. I decided to add protectant on and they briefly explained process to me, how long it take to dry, etc. they even did a last minute runner cleaning for me. I had a quote for a certain size but they realized the rug was a bit smaller and let me know I'd be charged less due to that. I needed someone to professionally clean the carpet in our home, so after doing some research, I submitted a quote request to Phoenix Cleaning Solutions. I received a phone call the next morning and Jim (the owner) explained the process as well as provided an estimate for the job. The estimate was right in line with what I ended up paying. The carpet cleaners were professional and efficient with their work. They were helpful in answering any questions I had on the day of the cleaning. The carpet remained damp after it was cleaned for about 12-15 hours, so keep that in mind when considering a professional carpet cleaning. It wasn't an issue for us, but I could see that being an issue for some people if they intend to use the carpet shortly after a cleaning. We had a few stains in our carpet and for the most part they were able to either remove them entirely or get rid of most of the stain. I didn't realize that the house I had just purchased had such atrocious carpeting until after closing, when all of the seller's furniture had been moved out. I called Jim at Phoenix Cleaning Solutions based solely on the yelp reviews, because we were hoping to move in the next day. Jim asked a few qualifying questions to accurately assess what I needed, quoted me an extremely fair price over the phone, called a few hours later to confirm, and was in and out of the house the very next day with absolutely no hassle. The best part is, the carpets are absolutely fabulous. He did a wonderful job getting some truly heinous stains out, better than I even dared to hope. Jim Mount and company did a great job cleaning pet stains from an expensive oriental rug after visiting relatives left a bit of a mess behind after a week-long visit with their dogs. Phoenix brought in some incredibly powerful cleaning equipment mounted in a commercial van with several hundred feet of hoses for vacuuming and steam cleaning the carpet and area rugs. For the big oriental rug, it went facedown on the outdoor deck for a quick vacuuming to loosen the dirt from underneath and then got the wet-vac treatment after flipping it over. Job was done quickly and professionally with no color bleeding. Rest of the rugs and upstairs carpet were also done and it made a huge difference. Love the fact that its a family-owned business. Let me add my own 5 star review: they are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, pleasant and well let's just say the best! In the past few weeks I have had wall-to-wall carpeting, a large area rug, an upholstered couch and a small oriental rug that needed extra attention all cared for by the charming men at Phoenix. I had refinished a small table last year and got some transferred stain on the arm of my off-white couch--even that came out almost completely! My little rug that I had almost given up on came back fresh and new looking. I can't say enough nice things about Phoenix Cleaning. Bynum and Duke came over today and cleaned a DISGUSTING upholstered chair (previously used by twin boys) and it looks amazing now. They also cleaned my tile grout in my kitchen and put a sealant on it and it looks brand new- for someone with kids who get everything dirty- the very reasonable price was so worth the money to completely give both the chair and the tile a brand new look. My options for the chair were to reupholster for $1000 + or clean around $50 and I am so so glad I tried this first (so is my husband!) I will absolutely use them again in the future and highly recommend. They were also very fast - in and out in about an hour and super professional! Thanks guys! read more

Carpet Cleaning. This is the second time that I have had them to the house to clean the carpet in the living room and master bedroom. The first time is when I got new furniture 3 years ago. This time, my dog had lost control of her bowls the last few months. I tried to keep up with the carpet with a highly rated home carpet cleaner without much luck. They came in and cleaned all the stains and traffic areas on the carpet. The carpets looks like they are almost new. They did both rooms in about 30 minutes and did an excellent job. Phoenix Cleaning Solutions has been cleaning our carpets annually for many years. They came again last week, and, in addition to general carpet cleaning, they managed to remove some long set in spots. The men were very thorough, both in cleaning and in vacuuming up the cleaning liquids, so that when they left, our carpets not only looked great, they also were almost completely dry. Wonderful experience. This is the second time we've had our white 9x12 sunroom rug cleaned. This is the room we (and our dog) live in. The first time we used a different company. It cost more to have the rug cleaned by that company, plus there was a charge to pick up and deliver, plus we were without the rug for nearly a month! With Phoenix, there was no charge for pickup and delivery and the final price was less than the other company even with Scotchguard added. Plus, the rug was delivered back to us in 7 days. I could not be more pleased with this company! We are dog people...I mean my dog runs this joint. We have, or had rather, nice oriental rugs.
