From my first contact via phone they were professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and I'm someone who seeks answers! When they arrived today Wesley introduced himself and his colleague Zack. They're both friendly, yet professional, which are important to me in making a good first impression. They explained what they'd be doing and how and as a first time customer I appreciated it. I like that they use equipment with rotary brushes to clean the carpet rather than your typical steam head. They each went to work in the two different rooms I needed cleaned, so obviously are efficient. My carpets were very overdue for a cleaning and the stains in the high traffic areas, that have been years in the making, were going to be tough to remove. Considering that and the age of the carpet, they did a miraculous job in bringing them back to a much better appearance. They also cleaned a loveseat and small dining chair cushion to my satisfaction. As an afterthought I asked if they could clean the tile and grout in my small entry way, which they did too. It looks so much better than it was! I wish I'd taken before pictures of everything to show the improvement, but their condition was actually kind of embarrassing! Took them *around* 2-2.5 hrs which I thought was pretty good. Cost-wise, our bill was $267. This included a 5-room $149 promotion, $20 fee for moving furniture and a $20 discount for being a first-time customer. The carpets look AMAZING! The house smells SO GOOD! We feel comfortable being BAREFOOT in our house again!!! Our 3 young kids can play on the carpet without worrying about their health... and speaking of health, their products are NON TOXIC! I can't begin to say enough good things about Carpet Pro Company. Mandy and Wes came to my home to clean my carpets AFTER JC Lee Carpet came to stretch and "cleaned" it yesterday. He left my carpet dull and smelling like sewage and mildew. Fortunately, it wasn't mildewed, but it did stink. He told me that he couldn't do anything about it. I was afraid of all the things that could happen. I called another company but they couldn't come until 4. I literally prayed to find a great company to deep clean and stop any issues that were happening as a result of JC Carpet Cleaning cleaning technique. They were completely booked but found a small window to fit me. I jumped on it! They came in like a military regiminent! I sat confidently as they went to work. They cleaned all of the rooms and hallway, moved some light furniture pieces, and put pads under the other wood furniture. The carpets look absolutely amazing and smell absolutely amazing! I messaged Carpet Pro Cleaners for a quote off of Yelp and the owner Bryan responded within minutes on a Saturday and put me on the schedule for Tuesday. Bret & Kyle arrived on time (communicating with me via text about their planned arrival time as well) and completed the work quickly and they did a good job getting out all the hair and gunk out of my carpets! I would definitely use them again. Just a note that if you do occupy the place like me and aren't moving in/moving out, they will move furniture for $5 per items except beds which aren't covered by their insurance policy (completely understandable). I hired Carpet Pro Cleaners after reading all the great Yelp reviews. I moved into a carpeted townhouse last October. It is not a new house by any means and the carpet was already pretty beat. My two 50+-pound dogs haven't helped matters. My sister brought over a carpet shampoo thing, but that didn't even make a dent - so I decided it was time to have the professionals help out, and I hired CPC to clean the first floor carpets. First off, they run a totally professional shop - great communications (e.g., email and text reminders). I also got a courtesy call letting me know that my crew was running a bit late because a prior job had taken longer than anticipated - no problem! The team got here - super-nice - and they knocked out the job in an amazingly short time.
