Ron, the technician who came over, did a very good job, especially on the rug that had had the most foot traffic and also tended to hang on to dog hair, and thus needed some extra cleaning. All told I think he was there for an hour and fifteen minutes or so. The rugs all looked nice and clean afterwards! I definitely felt I'd gotten a little more than I expected. Area carpet and recliner poorly cleaned. I had to hand clean the arm of the recliner. The person doing the cleaning was pleasant and moved some furniture I could not move, which I appreciated. Over all the expense was about $400 more than I paid another person who cleaned previously who even used a special service to remove animal urine stain and odor. Area rug in LR is not clean. "Wood" floor has a scrape or gauge about 8-12 inches made by cleaning instrument. I would not use this service again. read more
