He was able to completely remove stains that I didn't think would come out because I had tried to remove them with a steam carpet cleaner I purchased for home use. It didn't remove any of the stains but Tony did. The cost was not only reasonable, it ended up being less than the amount that was originally quoted to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend their services to someone else. I am so impressed I am considering having my hardwoods cleaned by them as well.
