I called the company, not necessarily to get reimbursement or a "fix" from the, but to find companies, etc. that could replace the fringe. After all it was an older rug and possibly UV light effected the condition of the fringe. They were concerned and asked various specific questions saying they'd chat with the owner. What I was initially quoted was the actual price I paid--bedroom closets were included with the cost of each bedroom and my hallway linen closet was included with hallway charge. Rates were very reasonable and they also had weekend availability which made scheduling much easier for my husband and I. The gentleman that came did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets, and my husband even commented on how diligent he was in making sure every nook and cranny was cleaned. I also appreciated that a text confirmation was sent the day prior to the scheduled cleaning, confirming our appointment. While I consider my husband and kids to be fairly tidy , we did have some stains from a few spills that he was able to remove. We were very pleased with the results--the carpet was clean and plush looking/feeling as if it had been newly installed.
