My only negative regarding this experience was that I had some difficulty getting a response from Rick and scheduling the installation. While he never confirmed a time or even told me when they were coming (they just showed up a week later), he did say the could get it done next week and they did just that. Difficult to schedule, but true to their word on delivering a good product and meeting the timeframe they specified.
