Big. Fat. FAIL. Its…read morethe middle of July. Our less than a year old AC had the fan go out, so we called over this repair company (not our choice - it was the home warranty's) to take a look and repair it. Typically on an issue like this, you can call the company, they'll come out, and half the time they will actually have the part on hand and be able to fix it. Not the case! They had to get authorization from the warranty - fine, understood - but then didn't actually call the company until the next day. We called them maybe about four times, left messages and never got a call back. Upon calling them back earlier today, they pretty much said they were too busy to get to us in the near future, and would call the home warranty when they get some time. WHAT? Hello, whatever happened to courtesy?! Yeah, its the middle of summer, and we'll just deal with your broken AC some time soon, and stop calling us. Wow. I'm usually really forgiving of customer service, but they were pretty rude. Now, this being said, the AC still isn't fixed. I will update if they happen to come through for us.. but in the meantime, I'm calling a few other companies.
