They did an excellent job - - - top-notch, nothing undone, no stone unturned. They went above and beyond my expectations not only in the quality and cleaning and the value for the money, but they also did a lot of extra details like baseboards, ceiling fans, refrigerator, air fryer, etc. They even had their own cleaning equipment and supplies. They have totally blessed me, and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I am so much more confident now to host people in my home, knowing it is so clean. Thank you so much, Isabella Cleaning service of Durham, NC, and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Other than that-the floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and everything in-between were pristine! It is nice not to have to tell a team what needs to be done-they just do it! They had smiles (behind those masks they wore) and seemed to work very well together-enjoying their jobs. Makes a difference! I would recommend them fully and am confident they will get these last two minor items the next time they come work at our home.

It includes some services that I didn't need (e.g., bed sheet change and cleaning blinds). The walk-through was great - base boards, ceiling fans and those corners I can't get to; surfaces were spotless. I was charged the max in the quoted range for that packaged. It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things. They responded very quickly, to my initial request for an appointment and to the billing inquiry. The communications were professional. I will probably hire them again and request the same house cleaner. She joined the team just 2 weeks ago, but has 14+ years of experience. Gave a 20% cash tip plus my hydrogen peroxide cleaner so she had a Clorox alternative for future use. I sure got lucky - she was wonderful.

I should have listened to my gut instinct and not used this company. Unfortunately, I had a very…read moredisappointing experience. I'm currently nine months pregnant and hired this company specifically because I needed my home thoroughly deep cleaned and wanted to take some of that stress off myself. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not thorough, and there were several areas that were still dirty or had not been properly cleaned. The oven was also supposed to be cleaned after we discussed it beforehand, but it was not. I did not receive the $35 back for the oven cleaning that was not completed. What made the experience even worse was the lack of customer service afterward. I reached out about my concerns and asked to speak with someone in management, but no one ever followed up with me to resolve the issue. It's extremely frustrating to spend $200 on a service that was supposed to make things easier for me, only to be left disappointed and feeling like I still need to clean things myself -- especially being nine months pregnant. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and I would not use their services again.

I requested clarification on what service they thought I was requesting or if in fact they are not equipped to offer it, they replied that they don't do one time cleanings. Which is not what I stated ever. This rating is based simply on poor communication and poor customer service practices. I cannot speak on the value of the services provided as they made it clear they're not interested in taking on clients.

With Giles Family Carpet Cleaning, I was not nickel and dimed to death with additional fees. What I was initially quoted was the actual price I paid--bedroom closets were included with the cost of each bedroom and my hallway linen closet was included with hallway charge. Rates were very reasonable and they also had weekend availability which made scheduling much easier for my husband and I. The gentleman that came did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets, and my husband even commented on how diligent he was in making sure every nook and cranny was cleaned. I also appreciated that a text confirmation was sent the day prior to the scheduled cleaning, confirming our appointment. While I consider my husband and kids to be fairly tidy , we did have some stains from a few spills that he was able to remove. We were very pleased with the results--the carpet was clean and plush looking/feeling as if it had been newly installed. I wish I would have taken some before and after pictures to show but unfortunately did not think to do so at the time. In any case, I would definitely recommend this company for anyone in the area looking for a professional carpet clean!
