Nancy's has been easy to schedule, reliable, and so thorough with their monthly cleaning for me. The quality for the price is really impressive. But what really seals the deal is how they go above & beyond, definitely with the deep cleaning service, but even with the regular cleaning too. I have a young baby at home and didn't have the house prepped for this months cleaning (e.g. items on the floor, dishes in the sink, etc.) but the team still was able to both straighten up for me and do a thorough regular cleaning all in just under an hour. They started off strong with a comprehensive and affordable quote. After booking/paying, they don't give you the option to set the day/time of your cleaning, so I needed to follow up and wait for a response. Two weeks later, on the day of the cleaning, nobody showed up at the agreed time, which was a waste of my time because I drove to the house to let them in and show them around. After a few hours, I followed up by email and phone without response until I found a different phone number and got a text response. They eventually cleaned later that day, but they didn't provide ANY communications. No notice they were on their way, cleaning, or finished. read more

I had a scheduled time and they no showed at which point I had to reach out to find out that whoever I communicated with got sick and didn't let the rest of the organization know. I should have read the 1 Star Review and booked elsewhere. I booked a deep cleaning with oven cleaning upgrade. The cleaning was NOT a deep clean. Thank God I stayed the entire time and looked over the work done because I would have been super taken advantage of. I needed dusty baseboards cleaned, dusting, and commitment to do the job without cutting corners. I send a ton of pics and videos to Ana, the owner and shared my concerns. No apology for not telling crew to add oven cleaning service, no apology for extra time I had to stay home making sure the "Deep Cleaning" was deep cleaned. After a second round, it was a 'Decent Cleaning" as I was exhausted with pointing out multiple oversights and ready for dinner. This company booked me for a 3:30pm arrival time and they were at the door 30 minutes beforehand ringing the doorbell while I was on a major important conference call. I scheduled my calls to end at 3:30pm so my dog wouldn't bark uncontrollably. All I will say is, please be better! Do what you advise and if a deep cleaning isn't your staffs thing, book only regular cleanings because that is exactly what I received. I should have known with a 3:30pm booking time...three would be NO DEEP Cleaning energy left for the Best of the best!! Oh well, live and learn!!!!! And boy did I learn how to not get ripped off!!! They are hard works and go the extra mile. For example, if there's clothes laying on your bed- they will fold them before they make your bed for you. The "deep" cleaning I requested and received has continued to frustrate me more and more as I think about it. From corners and edges that were not cleaned to entire rooms that were clearly ignored, this company focused more on getting out as soon as possible than actually doing a thorough cleaning. I even asked ahead of time if they would stick around longer if more cleaning was needed (and I made it clear I'd pay any additional cost), but they just did a slipshod job and left only to ask me how I'm paying (without asking me to inspect any of their work). Additionally, I have found some of my stuff has been rearranged (though I offered to help move things to keep a certain organization system). To make matters worse, they threw stuff out without asking me either, including spray bottles and soap bottles that I frequently refill to save on plastic. While the monetary value associated with these items is minuscule, I take issue with the pervasive lack of communication. Overall just a lack of attention to detail and disrespect has soured my experience with this company. I would heavily advise anyone interested in getting their apartment cleaned to find someone else. read more

I am giving them a 2 as they are really great at cleaning but their response is poor. They have stood me up on more than one occassion.

The arrived a few minutes late, but overall the cleaning job was good. I hired them for a vacant house cleaning before being listed. Overall pretty good work for the price. My biggest issue was when I completed the online estimate request, they asked square footage range. My house is 1500 sq/ft. The range was 1001-1500. They told me the price was $180. Upon booking, I was informed since my house was at the top of that range, it was an additional $20. The only reason I still booked was because they were still cheaper than the other companies. read more

Fantastic work! I hired this company for a move out clean and they were awesome. They came the very next morning with a full team ready to work. Everything is spotless! They were even able to do the carpet cleaning for a very good add-on price. They did my oven and fridge as well for a very small add on charge. I was contacted immediately when requesting work with a quote. Then I was contacted to confirm the time. Finally I was called by the office within minutes of the team leaving my house to be sure I was happy with the service. It doesn't get any better than that.
