Instead, I received a follow up message from someone that did not provide their name less than 10min later stating that they cannot offer the service I need and I should look elsewhere. I requested clarification on what service they thought I was requesting or if in fact they are not equipped to offer it, they replied that they don't do one time cleanings. Which is not what I stated ever. This rating is based simply on poor communication and poor customer service practices. I cannot speak on the value of the services provided as they made it clear they're not interested in taking on clients.
