My father has previously hired people who billed themselves as "pressure washers" to clean the driveway, vinyl siding, roofing over the deck and carport cover.....but NEVER has a job been completed more thoroughly and professionally than by the young men who represent and own this company! They came when they said they would come, first for and estimate and second to complete the job. They covered plants, taped up outside doorways to prevent leakage, taped over outside power sockets, moved items out of the way as required......and left everything looking like it was freshly painted or newly built! It is clear that having the right equipment, coupled with the knowledge of how to achieve the best results possible is what First Class Clean is all about. But the key to bringing it all together for a successful business is hard, honest work which the entire crew demonstrated from inception to completion of this job. My wife and I live in a 4 level home on a Golf Course in Raleigh. Our house had not been power washed in several years and needless to say it looked pathetic. Jason of First Class Clean arrived at our house on time and began the task of cleaning the house. Our house was washed by First Class Clean. Since we have a security system with sensors that cannot get wet FCC came out in advance and diagrammed key positions. When the technician arrived for the wash, he had this diagram and prepped the house appropriately. Not only was a dirty house washed well, but no water affected the door/window sensors. In fact no water got into the house. I am so pleased: never again would I let any company other than First Class Clean wash the house. First Class Glass cleaned our windows last month and they were indeed a class act. They came on time, were efficient and effective. They even cleaned the garage door windows. The screen cleaning machine was new to me. Last time I had my windows cleaned in NJ they hosed off the screens and it took quite a while. The crew was very professional and efficient in their work. They showed experience in the way that they prepared the house for power-washing and how they left the work site.
