They claimed they wouldn't wash if paint was coming off, yet continued anyway, causing damage to my windows, awning, and even roof shingles. When I contacted Merida to resolve things, she was rude, dismissive, and blamed everything on me, despite photo evidence. I had placed a stop payment on my check hoping we could work things out, but Merida cashed it anyway while still refusing responsibility. I ended up spending hundreds to repair the damage. Poor communication, bad workmanship, and zero accountability. I do not recommend this company.

The biggest reason the other 6 didn't want to come out to see what the job really was. After he completed the work, he took pictures of EVERYTHING he did and took the time to explain it to me.
