They installed some downspouts and had to cut through the deck - which is totally fine. But they tore the heck out of the plank they made a cut through with a multi tool- scratching and marring the area all around their ragged, poor quality cut. Really shoddy work and just terrible. They also repitched the gutters to the extreme just dropping the ends to make quick work of it and so they look terrible. They then left out gutter wedges that I then had to call them about and convince them to come back out to put back in. They said via phone I wasn't missing any but I was standing under my gutters at the time and looking up at the gutters and could see them missing. The crew also left garbage from the project around my house. The scrap from cutting out the gutters for downspouts was just left on the ground, the park of the deck they cut out they just dropped on the ground. I sent out a request on Yelp to have my gutters cleaned. They responded quickly and was able to complete the job within a week. They cleaned out my gutters and blew the debris out my yard and drive. It was very easy to get an estimate and schedule the work. Miguel, Carlos and everybody else in the installation crew is very professional and know their trade very well. They removed old gutters and installed new 6 inch gutters with easy on micromesh gutter screen in a few hours. They asked my opinion on a few options and performed the installation as we agreed on. After the work they happily performed some additional work to seal the gutter screens. They have done an excellent cleaning job and removed all debris. I asked for a detailed explanation of the assumptions behind the price and was assured 'the price is fair'. Then I got a call from the owner, who still wouldn't answer my question about how they arrived at that estimate. At that point I told him I strongly suspected he had overcharged me for work they had already done. Interestingly, he did not deny that, he merely asked what I thought would be a fair price for replacing the shingles. Be very skeptical of their estimates and get a second opinion. They did do a good job on the work they did, but I've discussed what I paid with other highly respected professionals and I was charged a good 20-30% more than it should have cost. read more

We hired them for a simple gutter fix job and while here they proceeded to go all over the house looking for more work which we did not ask them to do. Said there were numerous issues and would cost thousands to fix and wanted us to sign off on them to do the extra work - very sleazy. We were surprised by this and got a few other gutter and roofing companies to come take a look and give their assessment. None of them reported the issues Gonzalez did and all pretty much said the house was in great shape with a couple of minor issues that could be addressed but no urgency needed. Initial consultation with owner Jose was very good. However, workers who did the work used a hammer to remove old gutters by brute force, instead of un-screwing old gutters from fascia. Once old gutter was down, worker indicates fascia is detaching from house structure. I asked them to screw fascia to home structure but said they could not do it. My options were have new gutters installed on separating fascia, ask them to leave, or agree to have facia replaced. At the end, they replaced the fascia and installed new gutters. The cost was double of what I was quoted initially due to unplanned fascia replacement. Quality of work was ok. read more
