But what really seals the deal is how they go above & beyond, definitely with the deep cleaning service, but even with the regular cleaning too. I have a young baby at home and didn't have the house prepped for this months cleaning (e.g. items on the floor, dishes in the sink, etc.) but the team still was able to both straighten up for me and do a thorough regular cleaning all in just under an hour. I'm so grateful!

Two weeks later, on the day of the cleaning, nobody showed up at the agreed time, which was a waste of my time because I drove to the house to let them in and show them around. After a few hours, I followed up by email and phone without response until I found a different phone number and got a text response. They eventually cleaned later that day, but they didn't provide ANY communications. No notice they were on their way, cleaning, or finished.

We hired her to help with our AirBnB turn over: we needed someone to clean the house, wash the sheets and towels, get the rooms ready for guests, and generally make the house shine. We tried other cleaning services, but they would leave things undone. Joselyn not only keeps every surface dusted and shiny, but she sets out flowers fresh from the garden on the coffee table! When she cleans the house for us personally, and not for guests, she puts out our own towels and makes sure that our personal effects are in order. (Once, she stayed all day to make sure all the laundry was finished.) Not only that, but she is super prompt and very responsive. I can text her at any moment. She even wished me a happy Mother's Day this year, with a sweet little e-card. It's not very often that you find an organized, responsive, thorough, friendly, and generous with her time and energy. I couldn't ask for better help. I hope Joselyn continues to build her thriving FRC cleaning service in Raleigh, helping many other AirBnB hosts with their house cleaning. She deserves all the success in the world!

Since my schedule is not consistent, having a cleaning company that is amenable to this schedule is such a relief! I've never used a cleaning service before taking the advice of other friends and hiring FRC. They really do a great job, and communicate with me via text if there are any problems or concerns while they are cleaning. I trust them in my space completely. I pay them via PayPal, which makes it so simple, and they give me invoices so I can have records. Prices are super reasonable and they will come take a look and give you a free estimate. Highly recommended!

We just purchased a second home in NC. We live in AZ and so most of this has been done long distance which makes his good communication all the more vital! We had the entire wood floor sanded down and re-stained etc. Which left sawdust EVERY WHERE! We needed the house thoroughly "Wiped" down so that the painter can now come in and do his job without sealing saw dust permanently on our walls etc.! Chris came to the house and did a walk through. He gave me enough confidence to leave him with a key and allow him and his crew to go into my empty home with BRAND NEW wood flooring. He assured me they would take the utmost care to not scratch or ding anything. I totally believe him :) This is a small business which I totally respect and want to encourage the "American Dream". I hope that anyone reading this will at least give him the opportunity to bid your cleaning project!

They stated on the phone it was because we didn't tell them what they needed to clean. ...huh? We ended up paying for their services, but I am not exactly sure what I paid for and that couldn't be explained clearly to me. They did offer us a credit for the next cleaning, but unfortunately we will try someone else next time.

It was my mistake to not look at that more carefully before I paid the bill. Realized this afterward and told Superior Bright. We went back and forth a bit and I told them that I should have read things more carefully. In the end, they Zelled me back some money to make up for those few things.
