The guys did a very good job. HOWEVER they were several hours late and nobody called to inform me. Look at the other reviews. Seems to be a pattern. As it was, I left to walk my dog so I was not here when they finally arrived. I had given Steve the gate code to the community so his workers could enter. He also had my cell phone # and I advised him that if they had trouble with the gate code access, to call on my cell and I would let them in remotely. As I was not home, they came and were flummoxed as to how to get in. Luckily my neighbor was at the gate and he let them in. Otherwise as they had no code or # to call, they would not have been able to complete the job and I was leaving town the next day, so who knows when it would have happened. I told Steve that I was pretty annoyed and he said what others write here, that mistakes happen, he had 40 trucks out and that I was over-reacting. This is customer service? Seriously? But looking at the other one stars, it does not seem to be atypical. read more

My house,driveway,walkways and entrance were pressure washed and my windows were washed inside and out.The guys from Triangle were careful and thorough. Once again this crew did a miraculous job. We had them clean our windows and wow wow wow is what we can say. We had a few nasty problem windows. Ones we tried everything to clean. Nothing worked. Until yesterday when the crew came out. First off, they arrived exactly when they said they would. Second, they were courteous, friendly and very efficient. There was efficient communication regarding the scheduling of service to pressure wash my house and deck. The job was made one month and a half prior to the scheduled date. On the day scheduled to arrive, I took time off from work to be present, and even sent an email earlier in the morning to reconfirm. The owner confirmed that "he was not canceling and would be in touch". Even though there were storms in the area, I waited for his communication. In fact, when I first glanced at one of our attic windows I thought someone had left the window open! But no, it was just so clean I didn't see it. We just moved into a ten-year-old house that badly needed window cleaning and pressure washing. Steve's crew did an amazing job!! They showed up early, were professional and careful. They cleaned the windows, tracks and screens, and cleaned underneath the bottom of the window and frame! When they power washed our brick patio, they even washed my outdoor furniture and umbrella! I can't give a review on the cleaning part of their business. But I can give a review on the customer service I received. Steve gave me a window of time to show up from 1-3 and nobody shows. I call their number at 3:10 asking if someone was coming but could only leave a message. Steve called at 4:10 asking if his crew was here. I explained that no one had shown up or called. He said he was sorry but that he would need to call them to find out where they were. I explained that today would no longer work because of the lateness. It went downhill from there. He began attacking me and told me if what he did wasn't good enough and that I could go elsewhere for business. I said I would and that he would get a nice review from me. He then called me back to threaten me that he would respond on my post. I told him he had every right to. He said mistakes happen and I said I agreed but in today's world of cell phones there was no reason for me not to get a call or something regarding them being so late. I sat at my house for 3 hours waiting. My husband came home early from work to be here as they cleaned because I had another appointment. But somehow Steve will try to make me out to be the bad guy. He could have handled this so much better. A sincere apology and maybe a "what can I do to make this right" would be a possibility Not sure how he got so many great reviews when he runs his business with a chip on his shoulder.
