The next morning by 9 am I was notified an installer was on his way. I got a verbal quote while Caesar was there and an emailed quote later that day with a follow up call. Service was performed by 1 the next day and completed in just over an hour. Caesar did a great job and was clued into exactly how I wanted the project to look. They even had the same color as my taupe 25 year old gutters. Quick, professional service with great follow up. Also the best price compared to others.

But they…read moretore the heck out of the plank they made a cut through with a multi tool- scratching and marring the area all around their ragged, poor quality cut. Really shoddy work and just terrible. They also repitched the gutters to the extreme just dropping the ends to make quick work of it and so they look terrible. They then left out gutter wedges that I then had to call them about and convince them to come back out to put back in. They said via phone I wasn't missing any but I was standing under my gutters at the time and looking up at the gutters and could see them missing. The crew also left garbage from the project around my house. The scrap from cutting out the gutters for downspouts was just left on the ground, the park of the deck they cut out they just dropped on the ground. Really really poor quality work overall.

I'm extremely satisfied with his work and I thought the price was very reasonable. He repaired 3 sections of facia board while he was here too which came out great. Well, after a major ceiling fix, it was the fix by the friend at church that held up the longest. 4 years later I'm noticing a wet spot again. I would have gone to Trademark Roofing again, except they don't do roof repairs anymore. I went straight to Baker Roofing this time, no messing around with local contractors or friends. This was money well spent and a small number of rain storms later, everything is still dry. On top of that, Baker has guaranteed their work, unlike an "end of the driveway" guarantee I've had in the past from a local guy. Cleanup is one of the things I consider about the professionalism from these guys - no materials left laying around, no roofing nails left in my driveway, they didn't dump any trash in my own trash bin and aside from a drier house, one would hardly have known they were ever there.

When the scheduled date arrived, they had apparently overlooked the need for some gutter wedges. Because of that, my installation was pushed back another week and a half. When the new date finally came, they never showed up. After I contacted Craig to find out what was going on, I was essentially told that contractors are not worth moving a job around for a homeowner. Be warned where you stand. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Poor communication, missed appointments, and a lack of consideration for the customer made this one of the worst contractor experiences I've had. I would not call them again for future work.

He provided me a good quote on the spot (beat out 3 others) Rick did say they should get it installed the next week and they did. The installation went well and the gutters are expertly hung in a few hours (I have a small single story ranch). Rocky and his co-worker did a great job installing and they were kind and personable. My only negative regarding this experience was that I had some difficulty getting a response from Rick and scheduling the installation. While he never confirmed a time or even told me when they were coming (they just showed up a week later), he did say the could get it done next week and they did just that.
