Responsiveness It is…read morerare nowadays to find a tradesman who actually cares. Scotty was not interested in turning a profit as fast as possible. He was truly interested in fixing my son's issue the right way. After several days of heavy rain, my son had water pooled under his home. We had a plumber come out with a quote of $4,000 and 2 others did not even show up. Then there was Scotty. He not only came out, but he gave my son advice on how to save money without taking advantage of him, because of his age and the fact that he's a first time homeowner. Scotty knew that I would be paying the bill, so he communicated with me the whole way. He sent photos of what he found under the house, at the downspouts and his recommendations. While there, he found the issue ASAP and made sure to explain how/what he was doing during the whole process.
