I have a very complicated system that includes a boiler radiant heat floor system in the concrete slab powered by tankless heaters. As soon as Wayne looked it it he knew EXACTLY what needed to be done. Cody was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and just a darn good guy. They showed up when they said they would and called when they were on the way. They provided advice and also listened to my concerns. I'm a retired contractor. I know what I'm talking about. I know good work when I see it. If I can't do it myself, I'm often reluctant to hire outside help. But as I've aged (a little?!) I know I can't do it all anymore. To find a company like Freedom Plumbing is like finding a new friend. I have put them on my list of GO-TO fixers.

Since Oct 2020 this outfit has handled all my plumbing needs. Our home suffered a catastrophic…read morewater problem that required removal of all flooring and sone walls. This company canme out right away to turn off the water to the damaged area, seal lines and restore water to the rest of the house on an emergency call. Cost was reasonable, they responded fast when other companies were saying 2 or week time lines. While we still had to move out for repairs, the water was on where it was needed. In February when floors were back in and kitchen cabinets were installed, Todd Brothers came to handle the installation of the sinks, dishwasher and Refrigerator water lines as well as washer water lines. Great job and quick! In June when the hot water heater decided to take a vacation, they were out same day on an emergency call and got everything up and running right. Again, very reasonable costs. This week they are installing a new shower amd toliet in a guest bathroom. Price point is reasonable and service is good. If they have several crews and are always busy. This pandemic situation has not helped. The number of remodeling jobs has sky rocketed. So if they have a downside it is you really need to schedule your project with them well ahead of time. Except emergencies.

I have used Temp Rite for the past 6 years. I met them while searching for a company to replace…read moreboth my heat pump systems in my dual zone house. They were competitive on price, and they are a smaller, hungrier company looking to do right by their customers and employees. When they did my install they were training a young man named Carson. 6 years later, Carson came on a service call to see why my AC was down, and found my 20 years later old intake had collapsed on itself after not being able to pull enough air. They were able to quote, get materials, and turn around the service call in a day or two. I'm impressed 6 years later Carson stuck around - that tells you the company is good and working with their teams to keep talent. This is a family business and they treat their employees and customers like family as well. I trust this company, they've done right by me for the past 6 years. They have always shown up, they have always made it right.
