I have a very complicated system that includes a boiler radiant heat floor system in the concrete slab powered by tankless heaters. As soon as Wayne looked it it he knew EXACTLY what needed to be done. Cody was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and just a darn good guy. They showed up when they said they would and called when they were on the way. They provided advice and also listened to my concerns. I'm a retired contractor. I know what I'm talking about. I know good work when I see it. If I can't do it myself, I'm often reluctant to hire outside help. But as I've aged (a little?!) I know I can't do it all anymore. Come to find out, the previous plumbing was done completely wrong and we weren't able to reattach the pipes. Long story short, what I thought would be an easy task turned out to be a project that was quoted to be thousands more dollars than expected. I was, to put it plainly, so annoyed! Well here comes Tank! Within just a few days, he was able to fit me in. He quoted us the entire project for a FRACTION of the other guy's price and got it done that same day! As luck would have it, we also realized that morning that a water hose pipe had burst from the cold winter and he was able to repair that as well!
