Being on a tight budget since my husband passed away I just did what I could since I am fortunate to have 2 kitchens (son has a small apartment in the basement). I finally called CLP. They were right on time and within 30 minutes they called to inform me I was good to go!!!!! No "blasting" (or whatever the correct terminology is) they didn't even have to go to my basement!!!!
