He guaranteed his work for 10 days , but we needed him to come back for our water leaking issues , he said he was 50 minutes away . Townsend him pictures . Then stated that he turned it over to his manager , oh but we thought the he owned the company. Oh , but his manger is his wife . She did email us , and ask for pictures instead of Josh Hauser coming back under his 10 day guarantee, and said that we would have to pay him more money to come back . K owing we already paid $873. .. . We recvd 2 emails from the so called manager , Josh's wife. But we never heard anything back from Josh Hauser under his 10 guarantee. I would never recommend this company for any work needed to be done . He was referred to us by his friends and almost family . But , I would never recommend Josh Hauser or anyone in his company. They are useless as they come when it comes to his 10 day guarantee and him not coming back to complete his job unless we paid more money . I told him in a text that I would be contacting the BBB for him not returning to complete his job under his 10 day guarantee. Because we are 50 minutes away . Oh well. You should always finish what you started. You were paid. Josh probably damaged our lines that he snaked through knowing he should had not done that, and that's why he didn't want to come back . Word of mouth can be good or bad and damaging, but if you don't do right and keep your word . It's useless, and your word is useless to us . You probably knew exactly that you damaged our lines and just wasn't gonna come back to fix your mistakes if that is what happened here . Good luck on your business, I hope this helps where no one will call on you or your company for anything. You will never be refunded by us . Terrible in his guarantee , TERRIBLE!!

I met the crew from Freedom Plumbing when we had a house fire this past December 2023…read more During the demolition to new construction phases I was extremely impressed with Wayne Montgomery, owner, and his foreman, Cody. I have a very complicated system that includes a boiler radiant heat floor system in the concrete slab powered by tankless heaters. As soon as Wayne looked it it he knew EXACTLY what needed to be done. Cody was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and just a darn good guy. They showed up when they said they would and called when they were on the way. They provided advice and also listened to my concerns. I'm a retired contractor. I know what I'm talking about. I know good work when I see it. If I can't do it myself, I'm often reluctant to hire outside help. But as I've aged (a little?!) I know I can't do it all anymore. To find a company like Freedom Plumbing is like finding a new friend. I have put them on my list of GO-TO fixers.

I emailed her and told her to contact me when she had time. Five minutes later, she calls. Which told me she just dropped the ball. She said she could have someone come at 2:00 today. The crew would call before coming. 11:00 this morning, her crew knocks on the door. Luckily we had just returned from the doctor from a scheduled appointment. No advanced call. She gave a quote Monday of $65 just to come out. And $85 an hour. When the crew got there, the price went from $150 to $250. they told us it was $85 per man and they sent 2 men just to replumb a single bathroom sink. A one person job. After calling Mrs. Blalock to question her about it, she suddenly couldn't recall not saying it was $85 per man. And she wasn't going to adjust the price. We told her the workers could proceed, but she and her husband would never get any of our business after this. I pray for businesses that do this to people. And I feel like they Prey on me elderly and disabled. As we are. Shame on you. You will be the elderly one day too.
