I emailed her and told her to contact me when she had time. Five minutes later, she calls. Which told me she just dropped the ball. She said she could have someone come at 2:00 today. The crew would call before coming. 11:00 this morning, her crew knocks on the door. Luckily we had just returned from the doctor from a scheduled appointment. No advanced call. She gave a quote Monday of $65 just to come out. And $85 an hour. When the crew got there, the price went from $150 to $250. they told us it was $85 per man and they sent 2 men just to replumb a single bathroom sink. A one person job. After calling Mrs. Blalock to question her about it, she suddenly couldn't recall not saying it was $85 per man. And she wasn't going to adjust the price. We told her the workers could proceed, but she and her husband would never get any of our business after this. I pray for businesses that do this to people. And I feel like they Prey on me elderly and disabled. As we are. Shame on you. You will be the elderly one day too.

The piece in the tank that flushes the toilet, the rubber was peeling away. It is not something that has to be done now but before it starts leaking. I am really glad he gave me options to fix now or later. I am going to wait because I have only had the toilet for less than 2 years. Nick was very nice and polite. He was also very professional. They charged me $619, outrageous. I called and complained and the manager agreed to return $179 leaving that cost $441 about twice normal. According the the technician (who did a good job) they jacked up there prices after the takeover but didn't raise his pay. I highly recommend you avoid these people at all cost. If I could give 0 stars I would.
