Come to find out, the previous plumbing was done completely wrong and we weren't able to reattach the pipes. Long story short, what I thought would be an easy task turned out to be a project that was quoted to be thousands more dollars than expected. I was, to put it plainly, so annoyed! Well here comes Tank! Within just a few days, he was able to fit me in. He quoted us the entire project for a FRACTION of the other guy's price and got it done that same day! As luck would have it, we also realized that morning that a water hose pipe had burst from the cold winter and he was able to repair that as well! AVOID AT ALL COST! This company was hired to replace a water heater at my residence. I'm not even…read moresure of where to begin..First off, it took roughly A MONTH for there to be hot water in my residence. They replaced part after part in hopes that it would fix the issue (to no avail, of course). I get waiting on parts to come in but a MONTH!?!The homeowner has paid well over $1000 at this point (probably closer to $2000 or more by now) to have hot water in the home. Eventually it was determined that a new hot water heater was needed (any experienced plumber should know that a gas hot water heater with a power vent that is more than 6-7 years old, is at fault and the entire water heater needs replacing). In order to install the new water heater, they had to do some wiring, when doing so, my living area was trashed. I came home to dirt/debris, grass clippings, bug guts all over my residence. Not only on the floor, but also on the kitchen countertops, washer and dryer, but my TV, my very expensive surround sound system, my VERY expensive laptop, keyboard, printer, computer chair, living room chair, expensive school books, clothes. Additionally, a blanket my mother made for me that I leave on the back of the living room chair was on the floor with bug guts, debris on it, all the while it was laying on top of a surge protector, with a lamp (that was also left turned on, I do not use that light at all) and other things plugged into it (fire hazard). I called the company to complain, and the woman defended the installers as if they would never due such a thing because it was "one of the owners and one of their most experienced plumbers" AVOID this company like the plague, nothing but complete buffoonery and incompetence!! Also, since when does it take two fully grown men to install a water heater in a garage on ground level. For those that don't know, it doesn't. They are only out to get you on parts and labor fees. I would sooner shower with cold water forever than hire this worthless company. NO offers were made on the part of the company to come and clean up or offer a cleaning service or a partial refund. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY! What a great business model! AND STOP REMOVING MY GOOGLE REVIEW!!!!

Elliot, after some extensive diagnosis, determined the problem was a blockage in the discharge hose, which had been used on the previous unit. Easy fix, much to my relief.
