I verified he wanted to replace the compressor and submitted a claim. A week went by and I didn't hear anything so I reached out for status update and was told he did not hear anything from LG. I again contacted LG and was told email was sent out the same day he diagnosed my problem. I have since left multiple voicemails and no response. It has now been over two weeks and my family is still without a fridge. If this company did not want to do the work I wish they would have stated that when asked in the first place. Funny how they can answer the phone or call back when you try to schedule a service call, but not after they take your money. Poor service and follow through! I would not recommend this business! UPDATE: The business did reach out and offered a solution to fix this miss. I already purchased a replacement appliance so no additional services were rendered. I do appreciate them at the very least reaching out to to try and make this right. Thank you for that. I will increase the rating for this reason.

Dale came two days later, fixed it up super fast! No charge! Now it's quiet and peaceful again, and I feel a little more relaxed without the intermittent buzzing in the background, and all for no charge. He still showed up slightly after his window (was told 9am-11am, he showed up around 11:15am), which was no problem since I was staying home all day. If you're on a tight schedule, reserve a little extra time in case they show up late. But from my experience with this company (only one employee so far), I would say it's worth waiting.
